I just wanted to give everyone a heads up to the outcome of my issue.
a CSR contacted me and told me not to worry about it, and that they can solve my little problem.
and i was very, very thankful.

so yes they gave me the refund.

so i just wanted to express my gratitude to the CSR team and all of Bio Ware and say sincerely,
