I like where you are going on this thread. So here is my ideal Rep Raid group. Pretend I am in an EC SM Scenario
-----------Tanks
1. Kinetic Shadow
2. Vanguard Shield Specialist
-----------Heals
1. Scoundrel Healer
2. Sage Heals
-----------DPS
1. Gunslinger any spec other than Dirty Fighting
2. 2 Combat Sentinels
3. Gunnery Commando

Mainly I need the CCs for passing the trash mobs on this Operation. Plus having two Melee DPS and Ranged gives good balance. Sage for the AoE Heals, and Scoundrel for the tank heals.
