Ops Difficulty and the future..

So far the difficulty of completing ops and their boss fights have been very... how should i put it... bland? I know the game is new, but we need some innovation, interesting and challenging ops fights that require great ops-teamwork and coordination. I dont feel very accomplished when clearing an op like i thought i would back before launch. What do you guys think? Shouldn't they focus more on boss mechanics and unique encounters? I just feel like the dev team has slacked off on the ops so far... just my 2 cents though.
