Hello Telree & Olvera,
Could you please try to flush your DNS, instructions on how to do this are in the spoiler below, as well as following the steps outlined in our
Launcher Troubleshooting Guide
Open the Windows Start Menu
Type ‘cmd’ in the ‘Search programs and files’ field. A black icon will appear called "cmd", please right click this and then click "Run as administrator"
Once this has loaded please type ‘ipconfig /flushdns’ and press enter
After this has been completed please reset your internet router, and reattempt to run the launcher.
If this fails to resolve your issue could you please reply here including a DxDiag report as well as your latest Launcher logs. Information on how to obtain these can be found
