I'm not sure if this is the correct forum to post this.

I'm wondering if the ticket creation customer service is different than in beta?

In beta, tickets I created where responded by a response-bot of some sort. (I don't mean the roleplaying as a droid within the replies you get back). It's a bit frustrating when the "cleverbot" disregards everything you say. I wanted to know if real people are responding to the tickets now?
