I originally called customer service because I purchased on 7/21 and set up my account but didn't redeem until Dec 11. So I sent them the copy of the receipt and other stuff. They put me back in as early access but with the new date of the 12th or 13th. DO NOT COMPLAIN, if they reset you, you lose your spot. They don't have the capability to grant early access all they can do is put you in the email list. So if you're upset that they have you as the 11th and not 10th and complain, you will be moved back today in the order.

Seriously, if CS contacts you to help I would recommend saying "no thanks" if your order or place in Que is wrong.
