Don't waste your time by taking time to post all that information. It is worthless.

I opened a case regarding the same thing close to a MONTH AGO...and so did practically hundreds, if not thousands of individuals.
This scripted garbage is just that...garbage. It's a problem with their code that they have known prior to the game going live.
The customer service has not been provided with any tools that can be technically used to provide any change in the state of the game. The only thing they can do at this point of time is copy and paste garbage and send the rest of the garbage to the developers. The developers, I really don't even want to comment on.
