Hopefully, you or someone you know will have or have access to an iPhone so you could use the authenticator app that they apparently have, then change your settings from there. Hopefully there will also be a similar app for Android OS one day. If that isn't an option, I'm sure there would be something customer service could do if you call them and provide a bunch of information (name, address, DOB, answers to secret questions, credit card numbers, ect...)

That said, I am not employed by any company related to this game, am not a professional, and have not had similar experiences in the past. I'm really just guessing.
