Yes, you will get dark side points each time you run the quest, which is infinitely repeatable. (Or light side if you choose that).

Reason I clicked this thread: When returning from a diplomacy mission, Khem Val failed and instead of giving me only 1 point like usual, he gave me like 1.039852983.

So now when I mouse over my dark side points the number it gives me has a TON of digits. Anyone else had this bug?
