Seriously, for weeks and weeks I've had issues with security questions and have been unable to fix it. I tried waiting patiently, hoping BW would fix this but now apparently they're pinning it on the gamers. W/e, fact is when I sent in a email ticket (sent in about five only had one reply) they tell me to call customer service.

So fine, I'll call CS. I do it and what do I get? A message from some guy saying there BW is experiencing a high number of call volumes. It's fine, I can wait. Problem is? After the message plays it disconnects me. EVERY-SINGLE-TIME. How am I suppose to wait if it hangs me up? Smart BW.
