The only other way I could think of besides phone support would be e-mail support. You would have to submit a ticket. Eventually they would need a copy of some form of ID to confirm that you are who you are. Not sure with Bioware, but with Blizzard you had to fax this to them. Not sure about Bioware though. Other than that, phone support is about your only option.
I'm willing to give them a copy of my id. I can also mail them my pre-order code or even a friggin buttprint if they wanted it. Fact of the matter is, they won't reset via mail, you have to queue for 3 hours on the phone, and that is really REALLY bad support.
