I just don't understand why they reserve 2 hours if they have fears that it might be extended. It's a very bad risk management approach as well as very poor respect for customer time. Imo better to reserve a bigger time for maintenance to take place and finish early than extend it without ETA each time :/

Hello friends, I've played Swtor at the release, and then moved on to GW2. Now i renewed my sub for the love of star wars. Can you tell me what has changed ingame these past few years?Thanks. Logged into game today and now i see the difference between the real high settings and the high-medium ones..i definetly want to see those high-res textures not only in cutscenes but ingame, because that would make it look so much better. bumping for improvements! )

I can only guess but i think that high-res textures aren't enabled is because BW are just being cautious, and take every improvement step by step.They claim that they are after stability, so it's rather logical that there aren't any major graphical improvements before there are actually any GPU drivers that support this game fully.There are already problems with card overheating and several graphical glitches that need to be dealt with, and bringing high-res textures right now may cause unpredicted effects on the game.I think that we will receive our good looking textures as soon as possible. This however doesn't justify the complete silence from the Dev team about this problem, and i hope we will get some adequate info on monday or tuesday(fingers crossed)

Until i read this thread i was under the impression that the game started working perfectly after the last patch.Now - the illusion is broken now i guess i also want high-res textures I wish the tuesday patch will bring something of that kind

I'm sorry but why do you think it is appropriate to point out that people are being rude to you here, without remembering how people are rude on the other side of the barricades.I have lot of russian friends, and my father is russian(and lives in Moscow), and i certainly don't want people to hate anyone.I'm just trying to be objective about the reasons people here are what they are. My wife is from the Ukraine, i don't understand - we are comparing for a competition or what?
