No, he's posting because people on illum DON'T PvP. Greater benefit is achieved by having a cease-fire there and trading caps so that everyone can get their dailies done to get the fail Champion lolbags. PvP mechanic in illum is a disaster - and seeing the horrendous planet design to begin with, illum isnt even worth salvaging. It makes Wintergrasp look epic.

If it werent for Darth Killalot and his minions burning some random village, and some random Jedi Master Obi Wang trying to be the hero - the galaxy would be a much quieter place. Sadly, Imperial Agents and Bounty Hunters are called to fix other people's mess.

We bounty hunters will work for whoever has the creds. Sith or Republic. If someone wants to pay me to NOT fight the republic and has the creds to back it up, I'm all ears. SWTOR needs a mercenary system for Illum : (

That's the thing - people AREN'T asking to remove pistols. We want the OPTION to use other weapons. And as a previous poster put it: we aren't playing our characters, we're playing the bounty hunter stereotype (or rather the Jango Fett stereotype) that BW is forcing us to play. Its not like we're asking to have whole new talent trees either - but the cosmetic option.

Its just poor design of the BH Mercenary/Arsenal spec that the main source of DPS is based on spamming an ability over and over. To play it, it isnt exactly fun - but the sad part is that its effective.

I may as well say it so its on the forums - Helmets on the female body type 1 often appear too large. The level 40 PvP helmet for example of the mando helm used by Shae Vizla (the trailer BH), is too large and feels very squattish. I think it needs to be made smaller and doesnt cover half the shoulders as well.

Yep, they got to 50. They did what you'll be doing over 30 days, in under 7. They're probably more efficient, seeing as they have holidays and dont have to care about sleeping in.

Nope. Every other bounty hunter you ecounter can - just not us. If some players dont want to use rifles and would dual wield pistols like its Modern Warfare, its all good. However some of us do or would like the OPTION to use different weapons - we are after all, weapon specialists. Noone is of the opinion that bounty hunters SHOULD ALL USE rifles. Some of us would like to use a blaster rifle as an option - just as being constipated and firing missile batteries is an option to the bounty hunter's career. Simply put, we want the OPTION to be able to also use blaster rifles/carbines.

My char is a size 1 female BH. The levlel 40 mando PvP helm is slightly too big in proportion to the body that rather than looking sleek and deadly, I look like a hobbit wearing a giant's helmet.

I dont think many people thought he was all that cool compared to the more ****** Fett: his son, Boba Fett - who by the way, sports a blaster carbine. Both Dengar and IG-88 sport heavy blasters, so its a bit depressing that they use lolJango as their model for the bounty hunter. Give us blaster rifles! Seeing a hulking armored monster with two dinky pistols that could fit in a man purse is sad, to the point of being as hilarious as the Jedi. The other classes can keep their little display ships. All I need is a ship that takes me to my destination, and a cargo hold large enough to put my bounty frozen in carbonite.

The problem is that the other abilities of the merc class is underwhelming, and boring.
