Is there any way we can see the direction of the server transfers? (which server it will go from and to)

What crew skills are the easiest to make money with? I'm currently a 400 artifice, archaeology, treasure hunting and I don't really seem to be making that much money? Am I doing something wrong or is there just more money with something else?

I've hit the level cap and would love to start doing operations and hard mode flashpoints, but whenever i join a group they always say my gear is too bad. So, What is a good way to get better gear? also, what is the best gear in the game?

i've had no luck as well, there's no actual code there.
