True, but not all items are unlockable using CC. I guess they'll only allow unbound / bound to legacy items to be placed on legacy banks, just like the e-mail system. BUT, until they say so, I'll keep my fingers crossed.... Hate to spend money to send ultimate gear to my alts using legacy armor. 418k to send all items (besides main /off-hand) is way too much

I would REALLY like that Devs could explain how the legacy bank is gonna work...
