I would agree to your comment if you could "buy" the expansion and that is where your argument falls completely flat. The ONLY WAY you get this expansion is to be subscribed and that is why people subbed to get the expansion. So yes people do have a right to not be happy with the way bioware have conducted themselves with this. They knew that it wasn't going to be ready now and don't give me ohhh they were working hard to get it out and they deceived no one. They knew it wasn't going to be ready a couple of months ago this isn't something that happened a week ago and they were omg we won't be ready for a couple of months that is complete bs. I do believe that bioware do owe people more than an appology for this.

Ditto, exactly the same issue as well, I had previously bought items off this vendor with same character I am having this issue with now.

It happens with my sniper, gunslinger and Merc's my scrapper and operative it is pretty frustrating fixing it only to log out and play another character and have that ones abilities reset.

So the cooldowns reduced by how much? and damage by how much? the reason I ask is it seems you are holding your cards to chest pretty tightly atm with that information.

I have to ask how many people would have done what they did with the crystals if they were not so expensive to unlock, not one of you guys could give me a justifiable reason why something that involves changing some RGB numbers can cost 60 cartel coins let alone the ones that are up there for 400CC bioware stated previously we are charging more for silver, gold and platinum items as we take more time to create these and they are of higher quality, that I get and you can see the work. But for the love of god you can't say changing 3, 6 or 9 numbers for changing the colour crystals justifies the price of crystals, the work they put in on crystals would barely be a blip on the costs of the game. I would bet that is the main reason why people move the crystals not because they wouldn't have paid for it if it was a reasonable cost in the first place. If they want to rate them bronze, silver and gold and maybe even platinum for the sake of rarity sure but none of them currently are worth the money (cartel coins) that they are asking as the work put into the changing of colours is nothing in the grand scheme of things. At 30CC they would still be making money hand over fist with people buying cartel coins to open them and of course the armours that are available. As for the Tunings I think that 600CC is a pretty steep asking price for them what makes those items that much more expensive than gold/platinum armours etc?, I don't believe it would be because they have to make them work with every item in the game as any item that has had a tuning slot placed into it probably has a set of coordinates placed on them and that is where the tuning affects come from or go too, a small amount of work on the new items as the old ones have been thrown away like yesterday's garbage as they really aren't interested in putting tunings in them which is their prerogative so it really isn't costing them 200C per tuning more to add these other things to the new items that they are creating.

Do you know why people did this with the colour crystals? Was it A: The exorbitant cost of unlocking colour crystals across your account? Or was it B: The exorbitant cost of unlocking colour crystals across your account? or was it C: The exorbitant cost of unlocking colour crystals across your account? You sit there and preach oh we have silver quality items because they take more time and are a higher quality of item and same goes for the gold/platinum items. I mean how hard is it to set RGB values to an item to make it appear as a different lighting affect? bronze, silver, gold and next thing you know platinum colour crystals. Colour crystals have no business being ranked like that for price. If you want to rank them for exclusivity sure but pricing them on these values is a fallacy, they should at best be worth 30cc per crystal to unlock across an account they all have the same affect visually and lets face it, how hard is it to make a change in rgb values to change a colour. If you insist that the black-white colour crystal was so damn hard and time consuming to make and it is a gold item with two colours then the white-blue-purple colour crystal which is a bronze item should be platinum because it had to have 3 colours made up for it. You guys want people to unlock these items across and account price it according to the effort you put in to making these colour crystals because I can't see it (the effort as there really is none to create a new crystal, there are no special affects like the tunings have for 400 cartel coin crystals they are the same as the overpriced 60cc crystals). tunings sure I can understand why you want to have people actually unlock those there is some time and effort put in by you for those but the colour crystals are 5 minutes work for you at best don't pull the whole reasoning you use for armours on us about the colour crystals. (but come on 600CC? that is starting to look like greed to me 400cc is a steep price I feel as it is what it is a gold item)

No actually it has nothing to do with I won't feel special any more, nothing of the sort what it is about is the whole lying of bioware to their subscribers and that is "if you stay subscribed to us for 3 to 4 months before the xpac comes out and stay subbed during the xpac's monthly releases you will get the shroud of memory as exclusive content for you." That was a hook to get people to stay subbed to the game and a reward for it. All I see now are a bunch of lying money grubbing individuals. You can see it as me wanting to feel special all you want but I don't for the reasons mentioned here and in my previous posts. You miss something tough luck I missed plenty before and that is that.

Did I ever say that I wanted those items? no as I stated previously I missed the boat on those items to bad for me I won't get to get them I won't loose sleep over it what I am saying is that "content" is needed as much as those items you don't seem to see that as my argument. That "content" isn't needed by those players. This is my point people have missed out on previous things it does not matter if it is a speeder (which is content albeit a different type of content) or content. What annoys me is people like the op who claim ohh I'm a founder I've done this or that, I've subbed constantly for a couple of years I DESERVE this. I feel that this reward was supposed be in good faith by the dev's for subscribers that supported them at the time, I get the feeling this is going nowhere fast I have made my point and there nothing else I can do, you won't change my standpoint which is I believe that was content they missed out, they have to accept that and move on, what I don't like is that bioware used that reward as a hook to keep some players still subscribed and now they are gonna sell it (most likely for less than the 7 to 8 months of subscription that the subscribers forked over in cash) and the subscribers have to accept that they we basically duped by the company into thinking that they wouldn't be able to get that content if they were not subbed at the time, and before you say it, "no one would have felt that way" there would have been people that would have stayed subbed because they were afraid they would miss something.

Touché they missed HK-55 which is a companion last time I checked like Z00M both of which are needed/gotten by that particular content. So I ask again are you going to champion the cause to get all the other goodies for other subs? I doesn't matter if it is a speeder or crystals those items are needed just as much as HK-55 and Z00M is also (in otherwords not needed nor is the content when push comes to shove as it was just meant as a fun little reward for the subs at the time.)

If you are referring to my post I still stand by the fact that they are slapping their subscribers who supported them at that time in face. As I said previously I have missed a bunch of content because I was not subbed at the time I can accept that, it appears that there are a bunch of people who can not accept that they don't have access to content because they were not subbed at the time. As for the fact of people paying for the content all the subscribers at that time did "pay for it" by being subscribed the fact that these people who were not playing at the time have to "pay for it now" means they were not subscribed then so therefore it is cheaper for them, as for no access to HK-55 yes I would say no to them about it. I ask again will you champion the cause to get the other content for myself and other subscribers that were not subbed when that content dropped? that I can't access or get? nor will I ever, be it companion, speeders/mounts colour crystals and the list goes on and on, the fact that I didn't get the other content is just bad luck on my side of things and I as I said that is the way it is I am not a special snowflake that should get that, I missed the boat end of story, and so it should be with the other people that have missed it, accept it and move on.

This content has no relevance to the story as a whole it makes not one iota of difference. So the people who buy this content which may be less than the price of the subs during that time get not only Z00M they also get HK-55 as they are going to need this companion also so as to complete this content. So we who supported them get two slaps to the face then? Because HK-55 was also a reward for being subbed before the whole expac was launched as well. You can call me self entitled cry baby if you like but neither the content nor the companions are required to play the game. So are you going to petition bioware on the behalf of everyone else that missed all the goodies because they weren't subbed a couple of years ago from the holiday events, life day etc.????? Will you also petition bioware on behalf of the subs that actually supported them during that time (yourself included) if this content that they release costs less than the price of the subscription during the entire time you had to be subbed to get all these rewards?

Yes I agree that this is BS if it costs less than what we paid in subs during that time. And if it is less then they should hand out Cartel coins to every Subscriber during that time (the cost of the unlock) because this is a slap in the face of the people that actually supported them during that time.

I have to disagree with you and the op, it was stated by bioware that you had to have a sub between x date to x date and then you would qualify for the shroud of memory, It would be like me demanding that I get the lucky swoop speeder the Advanced Black-purple striated crystals and all the other numerous holiday and event items that I have missed out because I happen to have cancelled my Sub at certain times. I missed it, and because I am a founder and have been subbed for a substantial amount of time that I automatically deserve this?, I don't and nor does the op or anyone else that wasn't subbed at that time it was a reward for people who chose to support bioware at that time. Not to mention that Shroud of Memory is not content that changes one iota of what the actual story is about. As for the majority as you claim they were not playing at the time and I am betting that they could have been if they so chose too they could have. Now excuse me while I go and wash out my mouth and clean my hands with antiseptic soap as I never expected to actually jump in on biowares defence with the record of other things that has happened with Bioware recently.

I have two nar shaddar nightlife blaster pistols on my gunslinger on the harbinger server and one of them is now permanently an offhand blaster. I got these pistols in the previous nar shaddar nightlife event and at that point there were specifically offhand barrels and main hand barrels. I placed an off hand barrel into a legacy item that was mainhand/offhand which of course changes the item into an offhand blaster but once that barrel is removed the pistol will have in its description that it is a mainhand/offhand blaster again. I now have a legacy blaster pistol that has inherited that trait permanently now. One of my nar shaddar nightlife pistols is now just an offhand blaster which is pretty annoying. I have put in tickets in game and either your customer service either doesn't understand or doesn't want to help and to make it worse just brushed me off to your Q&A forum which will do nothing to help me with my problem I am hoping that something can be done here to fix this issue with the pistol. But as this has happened previously with another item which I got no help from you I won't hold my breath. I have had to take matters into my own hands and had to acquire another pistol during this nightlife event. I would rather have been doing other things but something that could have been fixed relatively easily but was not. I bet if it was your time which is money to you, things would have actually been done about it but it appears that when it comes to your customer service it appears that is a non issue I would like to be proven wrong but we will see about it. I am betting that no Dev will look at this and anyone else at bioware who does, won't care enough to do anything about. I truly don't expect anything to be done but I hope I am proven wrong.

Well thanks for that info there. I guess if the IO mercs and AS commando's are reading this then they know that they are gonna get a nerf with their abilities too then even if they have not released any info on what they have installed for them at this present moment.
