This concerns only european servers. Why are you as an american interested in what happends to our servers?

No, your situation isn't unique. I bet about half the players playing this game have characters on several servers. Your situation is the reason they made the policy in the first place. Lord Calyphos situation on the other hand is unique. We're the only server with an rp-pvp designation (unique=one of a kind, you can look it up if you don't belive me), hence we were supposed to get a uniqe sollution to solve our problem. It took them 2 weeks and the result was that they screwed over a large part of the server in favour for a majority. The minority have every right to complain and say that their sollution wasn't unique and that it didn't solve the problem simply because it didn't. I'll give you an example of what has happened with another product to make this more clear for you. You buy a car, this car is offered with manual or automatic gearbox and in pink or blue. You buy a blue car with auto gears. Later on a problem with the car is realized and the company making the car withdraws them and offer you the same car as you had before, but new in exchange. Unfortionatly they've stopped making the blue cars with auto gear, so you naturally belive that you will be given the chiose between a blue car with manual gears or a pink car with auto. They promise you that they will come up with a sollution to this problem. After thinking about this for a very long time and without giving you any information they one day come and deliver a pink car with auto gears to your door and with the explanation that they belive the gearbox to be more important to the driving experience then the color. They are ofcourse correct, but that means you're stuck driving around in a pink car. Would you feel like you had been treated fairly?

I thought you said that our situation was unique and that this requiered a specialized sollution. I guess it still is tho since this is the only server where you've screwed over half the population of the server. May I congratulate the dev team on the uniqueness of your sollution and maybe next you want to create a uniqe update I could suggest only giving it to the larger of the 2 factions.

This is an update? As far as I can tell you're just repeating what you said before the weekend. Please don't treat us like this. What are the various possible scenarios? If we knew this we might be able to assist you in your choises. When can we expect something to actually happen? If you told us an approximate timeframe you'd go a long way to calm us down. I appriciate your effort and I know this isn't your fault, but this is too little too late. We want to know what's going on!

Interpretation: they might be working on it, they may be ignoring us. And "after the weekend" is infact monday and for your information it's not morning anymore ... it's tuesday, but they haven't reported anything so far so why start now.

I think they've had enough time to make up their minds at this point. All we've gotten so far are 2 messages from a community moderator asking us for input and telling us they're taking it into consideration. Meanwhile the general chat on fleet is filled with discontent and anger over the lack of information. Even a message saying there will be no transfer would be better then the silence we're experiencing at the moment. Imagine a new player coming to LC, enjoying the game and leveling up to around lvl 10. He/She arrives at fleet and sees everyone bashing the server and BW. How inspired do you think he'll be to keep playing on the server or for that matter the game at all. Now that they've started free trials this is even more important since those 1 week players will not even bother to buy the game. What you're doing to LC right now is disaterous to the server and all we're asking for is a simple answer to or questions. Is this happening or are we gonna keep beeing ignored? If you're seriously considering it, what are you thinking? If there is a problem giving us 2 options for destination, is it technical or is it considered unfair to other servers? Is there any kind of timeframe we can be given on a defenite answer? Those who had a lvl 50 character at the 1.2 update recieved 30 days free gametime because the ranked pvp feature was missing in that update. I think this indesition on BWs part is a far more serious problem for the players and personally I belive the time has come for us to start demanding extra gametime for the time we keep getting ignored. Right now we're paying full price for an incomplete product. If this happened with most other products people would be lining up demanding refunds, but since this is a computer game and the audience is younger then in avarage the customers are less likely to know what they can demand and actually damanding it. The younger audience get bored and simply quit and choose to spend their money elswhere in the future. My subscription is running out tomorrow and I have no plans to renew it. First of all I want to thank you for responding to this issue and I hope you can help us. The last few days 50-75% of the chat on fleet have been on this issue. Some ppl prefer to be moved to a pvp server claiming there is no rp going on anyways while a lot of people oppse them saying yes there is rp and I haven't really figured out what they want. I'm in an rp guild and we do have events almost every night and there are several more guilds who are just as active as us. So the question it boils down to for me is this; What's stopping us from roleplaying on a regular servers? Anyways, since the server seems split on the issue I would recommend what laserbak suggested: RP-PvP (Lord Calypho) --> RP-PvE (The Progenitor) RP-PvP (Lord Calypho) --> PvP (Tomb of Freedon Nadd) This should satisfy everyone. Those who regard rp over pvp and thinks it's impossible to rp on a regular server will still have an option open to them.
