1. Obviously server merges/transfers are a top priority: working for a software company - you please your customers, without them you fail, give an update. Is it June 20th (first day of summer). July? August? Semptember. Because if this miscommuncation continues Leaving this game will be top of my list.
2. WHERE IS THE FORUM MANAGEMENT: Look at dev tracker, you are lucky to see a post a day. We want answers, whether it is broad, or even we don't know, give a response that is what we are paying for, we are paying for a service...I feel like there is none. If BioWare was my server at a table I would be tipping 0% and working in the restuarant industry before software it takes a lot.
3. Learn what we want. STOP LISTENING TO EA. STOP BEING MICROMANAGED. Bioware is better than this. When you called support on the opening night you heard care, them saying thanks for calling support. Where is the love for your customers. You heard EA CEO he said your not top 10...BECOME top 10, you had the audience.
I understand this will get a lot of flame, or be closed. But I was on my server and I had 4 guildies log in. day after 1.2 we had 22 members (We are on Master Dorak been Light since Day 1) We have been struggling along. I hate to say it, but if we don't get a FREAKING UPDATE my sub will be ended, and like Blizzard I will not be re-subbing or filling out a survey - this is it, except you have a chance to fix it.
SWTOR PLayers: I want to start a petition: Give us answers or we will quit. Giving that you already have 25% decline in subs: you will either be laid off or moved to a less interesting project (like madden? what are we on our 15th release?) Give us some answers and fixes (For example my companion has no head, and no maintenance to fix it this week? SERIOUSLY? GIVE ME WHAT I AM PAYING FOR.. SERVICE!
