And before one of the idiot CMs reads out their script, here are the steps I've taken. Waited an hour. Waited 24 hours. Called support, told billing was closed. Call back when they're open, wait over an hour on hold. Billing agent suggests waiting 24 hours. Waited 48 more hours. Called billing again, hour on hold. Told that it may take up to 30 days for my account to be "unlocked". Can't be unlocked manually. *********. Called billing again, another hour on hold, asked to purchase cartel coins over the phone. Get told "we can't do that any more." Suggests trying to purchase from retailers. Checked all the EB Games in my town. That's 15 within 30k of me. Not a single one had them, or even any idea what they were. And yes, I had them check the computer. Called billing AGAIN! Two hours on hold this time. Oh, but a 400 cartel coin grant for my trouble. That's a middle finger is what that is. Also, agent was utterly useless. No help whatsoever. Suggests that might unlock after 30 days elapsed from my first successful purchase. And today, 31 days, attempt to purchase, same gosh darn message. Quote: "This service is currently unavailable for this account. If you wish to purchase more cartel coins please call our Customer Service team or you can try again tomorrow." Die in a fire. Fix your stupid system. Oh but they've said "we're working on a new system and don't know when it will be implemented." Well you should have people working AROUND THE CLOCK because this is PREVENTING YOU from MAKING MONEY which is the ENTIRE gosh darn POINT OF THE STUPID STORE! /rant. I don't want 400 cartel coins. Short answer: Yes Long answer: As long as you're about 8 or so levels above, most of the mobs won't be able to hit you, so you shouldn't have a hard time soloing stuff. This holds true up until Colicoid, which can't really be solo'd.

I just spent a few hours playing as lethality, and I have to say, it's fun, but I have some minor gripes. First of all, I reeeeeally wish we had at least one other way to generate/regain TA. Relying on shiv just feels somehow weak. This is minor, and on longer fights, somewhat less of an issue, but still, if only we could get a TA stack from corrosive grenade ticks or something, similar to concealments extra hit from lacerate (name escapes me at the moment.) Second, I seem like I'm struggling to keep up my energy. This is again, more of a short fight problem, but I seem to be Recup'in more often that as concealment. Hrm, that does seem steep. Can you cite the theorycrafting site you're quoting? I'd like to have a look.

First I want to preface this by saying I've read a few posts about this already, but haven't seen any in which discussion doesn't dissolve into bitter spite over the changes. Let's avoid that here, please. Now, as far as I can tell, people are freaking out about these nerfs, and honestly, I can't tell why. Number one, these are PTR patch notes, thus are subject to change until the patch is actually released. So maybe offering some well thought out, non-ragey feedback would be a better way to enact change. So in the spirit of that, I've got a suggestion or two. Our burst was too high? Fine, but instead of flat out reducing our damage, reallocate it. Maybe put the extra damage on Acid blades DoT, Corrosive dart, or heck, how about on Collateral Strike? Just throwin it out there. Second, I notice that 90% of those complaining are worried about PVP. I'm curious how more PVE oriented Ops feel about these changes. Specifically, the change to acid blade, which is the only one that really affects them. Does this make a huge difference? 20% seems like a lot at first glance, but I'm wondering if anyone has done anything on the PTR yet. Anyway, just my two creds. Let's try to keep it civil people. The people who are screaming bloody murder, that bioware is just placating the inquisitors, and don't know anything about balance, are clearly new to the class balance dance. Remember, WoW didn't balance everything in a day. So by all means, give your feedback, but lets keep it constructive.

As has been said before, in many other threads, they are sending out access emails in waves, based on when you redeemed your preorder code. The earlier you did that, the more likely you are to get an *EARLY* email. With that said, if you don't get one today, try again tomorrow. The reason for this is, that if everyone who preordered all got in at the same time, the servers would explode. Even the stress test weekend they did couldn't prepare them for that. So just sit back, relax, and keep tabs on your email, and the SWTOR twitter feed if you really need up to the minute information. Good luck, and happy hunting!
