Completed the Uphrades mission, went back to the ship to make the holocall back to the general and the conversations stalls. It gets to the first choice in what i have to say and no matter which choice i make it says my lines and sits there not saying anything. The conversation doesn't go on. It's a quest for a story line and kills that, i have no other active quests and don't know where i should go next to move the story along, please help if you know something or could fix it, thanks.

Oh so when i pre ordered and was told i would get early access starting the 13th i was being lied to, that makes sense. Pre ordered months ago but didn't access it til last week = screwed.
