  1. Please no events, honestly there was no point, the items were practically useless and the quests weren't fun at all. Decorations wouldn't be too bad.
  2. I dont think that a flying mount is necessary. Takes a lot of fun out of travelling the hard way. However exploring coruscant with a ship would be fun. Probably not worth it in the long run though.
  3. I'm not going to name the character, but it is a very minor character and I would only be using their first name. I just like the name.
  4. Hi I'm just wondering if anyone knows how strict it is Quote: "8.You may not use proper names of non-player characters within Star Wars: The Old Republic, e.g. Darth Malgus, Satele Shan, Yoda, Darth Vader or Luke Skywalker." There are hundreds of star wars novels with many characters. Could I choose the name of a character within these books that honestly extremely few ppl would have heard of. This character wasn't a main character of the star wars storylines. I just like the name and was hoping to try and use it. There are so many names within the franchise. Even if a name is only mentioned once within a book/comic etc, is it still banned?
  5. Bioware had to spread their 4 waves out over the day. They could have released them at say 7am, 1pm, 5pm and 8pm. Honestly I think they did us a HUGE favour releasing them all early so that people got to play a lot. If they had of released them later then ppl would be complaining that they got their invite at night time. Unless your saying that they should have just kept on releasing waves. Well that defeats the purpose of a staggered launch. There will be 30min queues to click quest mobs, lag spikes etc. It isn't like BW is going home at 2pm, they are out there fixing that server that went down and ensuring that tomorrows waves go smoothly.
  6. Where does it ever say that? Yes there are customizations in the vendor, but who says that they are the only customizations you can get?
  7. Hey I remember the nightelf quest in B/c WoW at lvl 12 (no mount). You had to walk from Darnassus to Westfall catching multiple boats and taking approximately 1-2 hours depending if you got lost, and with absolutely no hints by Blizzard. Those were the good days
  8. I always knew that pvpers were from the dark side...
  9. Lol u don't know what it means to be forgotten. Australia doesn't get the game until march, and you're complaining? Note: I have preordered from US but I have to wait 7 days+ for the game to arrive (not allowed to buy digital version)
  10. Hi, I've been reading the descriptions of crew skills and to me, cybertech sounds really exciting. However I also feel that it sounds alot like WoW's engineering skill. I know that this isn't WoW but I was just concerned as to whether cybertech is as hard as engineering is on WoW. What I mean by hard: -So many different materials needed to build things. My bags were always full on WoW. This wouldn't be a problem if all crew crafting skills were similar -So expensive. Engineering was one of the hardest and most expensive skills to train. So I'm just hoping for some info from people on how they found training cybertech. Thanks
  11. I had the same problem with people on the phone, and I'm from Australia (ouch for my phone bill this month). What I'm saying is that how many people do you think had faulty codes? Lets say 10, 000. There were alot of companies giving out faulty codes such as gamestop and bestbuy. I'm probably being generous with that 10 000 Each petition would have to be reviewed by a real person so it could take days to sort through all of them. I also bought mine from Bestbuy
  12. So everyone would have to send in a copy of their receipt to BW? Wow that would take a while, early access would be finished by the time they went through all of them. I do agree with you and feel that its unfair, I just don't see any way that BW can fix it.
  13. How would bioware determine who had a faulty code? Those that put in petitions? Well then everyone would say that their code wasn't working. There is no way for Bioware to introduce this fairly. Also I'm in the same boat. I ordered my CE from BestBuy and it took me weeks of haggling to get my code.
  14. Actually not true, the company I went through wanted full payment for the CE upfront. Anyways I'm not complaining, I ordered in Nov and I'd be happy with 1 day early access
