Hello! Today I am here to post that I am recruiting 2 quality NiM experienced Tanks and 2 quality NiM experienced mDPS and one rDPS for my NiM Progression Team! Times we raid: Friday: 9pm-12am PST Saturday: 9pm-12am PST (Possibly) Sunday: 9pm-12am PST We are looking for players who have experience in ALL NiM operations, ranging from EV- to DP and DF, and also HM completion of Ravagers and ToS! Currently our healer slots are locked to two very high level healers both with 95% and higher Ops completion and Revanchist titles! (One solo healed Revan HM). OP, it was never a problem/complaint about the current records. Just a suggestion that might help improve the quality of the 3.0 thread for everyone since it affects rankings as much as guild kill compositions do. Moving on, I do believe that having more inclusion would make for a healthier raiding community as a whole. Quantifier tags for kills based on the 6/8 and 12/16 rule might help balance between maintaining standards with some flexibility to accommodate different guild circumstances: 8/8 [Full Guild Kill] 6-7/8 [Partial Guild Kill] - Specify if these are alts in different guilds, or fill-ins. This might be a problem though if both tanks are outsourced. Else [PUG Kill] Screenshots should include at least one fresh achievement to prevent exploitation.

Title kills post nerf should not change the original timestamp ranking for guild kill order before the nerf. Reason being that getting the kill pre-nerf is significantly harder than a title run after nim power is removed, but the current timestamp format does not accurately reflect the order of kills pre-nerf. Perhaps there could be a way to track rankings for both types of achievements (title and pre-nerf kill). Just a minor point to consider.

Hi Cheek, sorry for the late reply too. I informed my pilots about your interest and they are quite keen to have a friendly matchup with the Flyboys. I'll discuss further details with you in game, we're flying in the GMT +8 timezone so lets work something out. I've been flying on another GSF toon (Roguelead) to not waste the XP, its great practice to run without upgrades too. The Flyboys channel is a really good idea, i'll post it up on the main thread to encourage more solo pilots to join if you like.
