  1. Are you sure your passives aren't working as intended? Many, if not all, passives have been redesigned to only work in the tree/stance, thus breaking most hybrid builds completely.
  2. ^This. OP, You remember last time they had a patch on PTS? There were updates and rebalances almost every day. These are the initial patch notes, nothing set in stone. So stop with the "WAAAAA BIOWARE SUCKS" threads and actually get on the PTS and give constructive criticism about what should be changed before you comment on theoretical changes.
  3. This change would give me a reason to go back to PvP. I grinded out WH on my Main many months ago, and didn't bother with the EWH grind because I was solo queueing and getting facerolled by premades all day. So when my 3rd toon recently hit 50 (leveled 10-50 on pvp only), I didn't want to bother with PvP after 50 because the gear gap would have made things frustrating (and being a fresh 50 healer commando, I was just a sitting duck in every situation), so I didn't bother with PvP after 50. So once this change hits, I think I can finally give PvP a shot and hopefully not get facerolled every match and have some actual skill-based combat instead of gear based.
  4. All PvE only skills like headshot and eviscerate were removed from all classes. And honestly, they were only used on trash mobs in FP/OPS because you couldn't stun/incapacitate/slow any bosses anyway. They were a total waste of money/quickbar slot for 95% of all situations.

    Jug changes in 2.0

Saber/normal attacks deal Energy Damage. Force damage is all force attacks/tech attacks (i.e. if it doesn't say energy or physical damage, it's force damage). No battlecry for tank? Well, that nerfs sonic barrier hardcore! And Tanks use ravage more than rage jugs anyway. Alacrity affects GCD and instant skills now, so Chilling Scream is the same with some alacrity. I'm sad about the shockwave stuff. Now my full tank jug cant hybrid into soresu rage spec when PvEing...but maybe the instant stacks with sunder combined with the new crushing blow will give me more damage.
  6. Offhand because you get a free armor set (although it is bad). With full coms, you can get some WH pieces too, like an ear and implant
  7. For my sin, I choose HK-51. But before that, I rolled with Ashara or Talos for when I needed heals soloing heroics. Not sure who I'd use for my sorc, probably Khem like most other sorcs.
  8. I play and speced Immortal Jug. In the pre-EWH days, anything lower than WH armor you were super squishy, but once you got that WH set done and augmented, you actually start seeing normal damage numbers. And with WH, you team up with a decent healer and you both never die! Not to mention, Immortal jugs are excellent at their job: keep people alive and control the battlefield and not dying (very easily). Immortal Jug in pvp is totally underrated. You get Backhand (4 second stun), Invincible (40% damage reduction for 10 sec), Force Choke doesn't need to be channeled, Smash that adds 4 stacks of Armor penetration, free Chilling Scream (reduce movement by 50% for 9 seconds) and a 0.5 quicker GCD.
  9. Did I just read an.....ESCORT QUEST in my PvP arena????
  10. Shock! You can trade in WZ coms for RWZ coms starting at lvl 40! So you can *shock* get EWH and WH gear by the time you hit 50! ZOMG! Pre-EWH, I leveled my Commando from 40-50 with only Warzones, so I had enough RWZ coms to buy a WH weapon and offhand as I hit 50. So....STOP WHINING!
  11. As a straight male I have to say....WANT! I already got my BT3 Sentinel with the covert torso and pink-purple lightsabers....so why not make my "Gay he-man" transformation complete! I need a man thong to complete the look!
  12. TL;DR. So wait, you want to combat and deter twinks by.....making twinks?? Logic is not strong in this one. And what someone else said, having a 4 man premade leave a warzone REALLY screws over your team more than enemy twinks ever can.
  13. I actually suggested this previously where the role selection on Group Finder should be unchecked for all by default, so dps wont queue as tanks and vice verse (or healers queue as dps and vice verse).
  14. 18/23 is like....Huttball master spec. I still prefer full Immortal because I enjoy the "try an kill me" mentality while just jumping around the map and spamming controls that you get from the higher tier Immortal. I think the OP was talking about leveling from 1, so with that in mind, go down Vengeance first then finish up with Immortal. Personally, I leveled to 40 in Vengeance, then I respeced to full Immortal and finally felt like a true tank.
  15. Jugs can power through the PvE content a lot easier than maurs/sents due to many more defense CD and survivability, but early levels will be tough because your damage wont be as high as maur/sent. PvP wise, Jugs rule the field. If you Immortal spec in PvP, you will not be disappointed. Easy defense medals, soak up tons of damage and with a good healer, you'll rarely die. But of course the downside to Immortal spec is the fact that you barely do any damage. But once you learn that you go more for protection, slows, stuns and leaps, your role will be about control and controlling the battlefield. Vengence spec is great for bleeds and constant dmg, while also having enough survivability from passives like Unstoppable, and free Smash! Or you can go super easy-mode and level/pvp in Rage. You have ultra powered Smashes, pure spike dmg. I say, try each spec at lvl 21 (grabbing your new T3 ability) and find out which playstyle fits you.
