  1. Thanks OddBall, very help to see it that way.
  2. O for sure. If you did this full run every day, you'd get sick of not just Dailies, but the whole game, I bet. I just did it today to collect the data. Usually, I just run one or two of them and I rotate between them, usually to which ever ones happen to have the Weeklies open to me. I just wanted to show that it was possible to collect 500K in a day. More if you did Makeb and GSI.
  3. I purposefully didn't do Makeb because personally, I think they suck. And, my think about Nar Shaddaa was a joke.... a gambling joke. Meaning it's easier to spend than it is to make...
  4. Hell, I've been playing since launch and still do it! It's easy money. Though I don't usually do a full run like this.
  5. Sorry... I knew there was something I was leaving off. #7 533,414 grand total
  6. This morning on our server (Ebon Hawk) in fleet chat, there was some discussion as to how much money one can make doing daily quests. Most people thought the most one could make per day was at most #7 250K. Now, I had never actually taken notes while doing dailies, but I was pretty sure I could make #7 500K. Many of the people participating did not even know that Belsavis had it’s own daily run apart from Section X. Then of course, Trolls interjected by arguing both for and against anything just to make everyone confused… So, I embarked on a fact finding mission of my own, because now I wanted to know. I did not do any of the Weeklies at the locations. I just wanted to know the daily value. To calculate loot, I emptied my inventory before starting and vendored everything, including quest loot from lockboxes, etc etc. Any bio materials that I collected from plants and animals I also vendored. Here is my break down. Belsavis (Starting at the Republic Wilderness Outpost) Strengthening the Chain, 7175 Restraining the Darkness, 7175 Emergent Medicine, 7175 [Heroic 2+] A Lesson is Learned, 9330 [Heroic 2] Open Communications, 11196 Riot, 7175 [Heroic 2] The Stasis Generator, 11196 Prison Repairs, 7175 Sleeping Rakata, 7175 Unheard Frequencies, 7175 Containing the Beast, 7175 Total Quest #7 89122 Total Time, 50 minutes Loot #7 74780 (not a bad haul!) Section X Bio Reform, 7175 Imminent Threat, 7175 Priority Containment, 7175 The Dread Guard, 9330 [Heroic 4] Long Shots, 16147 [Area 2+] Key to Decryption, 11196 Total Quest #7 58198 Total Time 30 minutes Loot #7 45048 Black Hole [Area] Criminal Crackdown, 11196 Counter Eco-Terrorism, 7175 Forced Labor, 7175 Stolen Victory, 7175 Eyes and Ears, 7175 [Heroic 4] Chasing the Shadow, 16147 Total Quest #7 56043 Total Time 25 minutes Loot #7 20537 Ilum [Heroic 2]Darkness on Ilum, 12918 Jam the Transmissions, 10765 A Fair Fight, 10765 Crystal Clear Sabotage, 10765 Pilot Down, 10765 Icy Destruction, 10765 Total Quest #7 66743 Total Time 22 minutes Loot 8432 CZ-198 Anti-Toxin Recovery, 10476 Give and Take, 8730 Manual Shutdown, 8730 Workforce Reduction, 8730 Total Quest #7 36666 Total Time 14 minutes Loot #7 2456 Oricon (I know there are others, heroics and such, but these most people can solo) Dread Engines, 8730 Fallen Forces, 8730 False Paradise, 8730 The Tower’s Core, 8730 [Heroic 2+] Pre-emptive Strike, 13620 [Area] Oricon Decimation, 8730 Watchtower Watcher, 6547 Quest Total #7 63817 Time 44 minutes Loot #7 11572 I did not keep track of Faction gains, or the items that you get for quests that give you faction points because I am maxed out in everything but Oricon. What I found enlightening for myself: (others may have different priorities and disagree, so be it. The data is for you to make informed decisions) A) Original Belsavis is indeed worth doing, if straight cash is your desire. 2) If you just want Faction points quick and dirty, skip Original Belsavis and Ilum. Last) CZ-198 is almost not worth it unless you also do the Weekly. D) It took me approximately from 9 am to 1 pm, including beverage, food, bathroom breaks, to run them all. And) 500K spends in about 10 minutes at the slot machines on Nar Shaddaa.
  7. I also have this problem. I tried the workaround... to fly somewhere and then return to Drumand Kaas via my own ship. Still does not work. Here's how it went down: I finished up Taris, the planet quest line and the Agent quest line. Went to my ship to see what was up. Had a trippy experience when Watcher X visits my dreams and tells me to go to Drumand Kaas to look in the files. However, I went back down to Taris to do the Bonus quest line. When I finished that, I went via my ship to Drumand Kaas as directed. Nothing is lit up in on the map and I can't do anything at Imperial Intelligence HQ. I tried the workaround went all the way to Taris, stepped foot on the planet even, and then flew back to DK. No go. Meesa Sad.
  8. Actually, when WoW added the LFG tool, a whole new world of the game opened up. Before then, trying to find groups was nearly impossible, as it will be in SWTOR as well. The only thing we have gong for us in SWTOR is the population size. As it grows, the number of jerks will too and spamming chat for groups will get out of hand and useless. When the LFG tool came out in WoW, I was suddenly able to play content I had never seen before. Most Wrath dungeons had never seen me gracing their halls, and heroics--you're crazy. You had to be in an uber guild to run those. With the LFG tool, I played WoW for probably 2 years longer than I would have otherwise.
  9. I agree with all your points. Especially searching for things. Let's say I need a piece of such-and-such metal for crafting. Why do I have to go through so many pop-ups to narrow the field then get results of hundreds of things to wade through? Why can't I just type in the name of what I want and BAM see a list? Now, I've played WoW since beta, and I'm totally sick of it and love SWTOR so much more, but after 8 years, their AH works pretty damn well. It did NOT when the game first released, so I am hoping there is some guy at Bioware with his name on a placard that reads "Brian Jones - Galactic Market Developer"
