  1. Yeah, I've got a feelin' the Belt is going to drop from the new FPoint being implemented next patch. Here's to Rakghoul swarms! Of course, I will update the main post when I find out for sure.
  2. Most likely Tionese. Tionese pieces all have a chance to drop in Hard Mode FPoints. Tionese Equivalents (they're called Energized, have the same stats, no set bonus) also have a chance to drop.
  3. Be careful with Directive 7. It has a real high bug rate that makes the boss unable to kill. With that in mind, the only two Hard Mode Flashpoints that are either broken to the point of no completion or just dang near impossible are Foundry and Directive 7. And while Boarding Party can be difficult (as it's a great DPS check on that final boss fight), it is more than doable. The other three FPoints are cake-walks by comparison.
  4. Think Episode VI. He casts a spell called "Unlimited Power," a reference to Emperor Palpatine in Episode III. Furthermore, you kill him by kicking him into a reactor core. A clear reference to the way Emperor Palpatine died in Episode VI.
  5. So, I'm sure there's a good handful out there that have completed their Columi gear-set and are probably well into finishing the Rakata set. My question is, has there been a master list of "where to get what" documented anywhere? If so, care to point me in the correct direction? If not, let's get one started here. From what I've completed, I know the following. *EDIT-UPDATE* Thanks to the contributions from BeBenNova, Morfien, ppzheng, Trayne_, Exertim . . . Here is what we know. Flashpoints ---False Emperor - Columi Chest ---Battle of Ilum - Columi Off-Hander ---Directive 7 - Columi Pants ---The Foundry / Maelstrom - Columi Boots ---Boarding Party / Taral V - Columi Gloves ---Black Talon / Esseles - Columi Bracers Operations ---Kragga's Palace, Bonethrasher - x2 Columi Helm ---Eternity Vault, Annihilation Droid - x2 Columi Gloves / x2 Offset Helm Gharj - x2 Columi Offhand Pylons - x2 Columi Legs / x2 Offset Bracers Infernals - x2 Colum Belt / x2 Relic Soa - x2 Columi Chest / x2 Columi Weapon
  6. Hard Mode Directive 7's end-boss is flat-out broken. Similar to how Malgus sometimes bugs and turns invincible and yet un-"puntable" the final boss cannot be killed as, the shielding that makes him invulnerable never breaks, despite doing all the other content in the boss fight. Beyond that, Directive 7 is fairly easy. The "Bulwark" Droid has a hard-enrage timer of 3:20. The rest of the bosses are boringly easy on Hard Mode.
  7. I like this! I am going to have to follow up on this.
  8. Damn lucky Champ Bag pulls. I've got a bud who runs Power-tech who got his full set of Champ gear within three days. I'm still pulling Centurion Commendations and Bracers out of bags. :U
  9. Note: Enforcer Gear works just as well for Lethality tree as it does for the Concealment tree. I haven't seen or heard of any comparisons just yet but, it would be interesting to see if the bonus damage from the "Power" stat on the Field Tech's gear would be better for a Lethality spec'd Agent than the Enforcer gear.
  10. Yes. Weakening Blast increases the bonus damage / consumes weakness stacks when Cull is used. Prepping TA then burning Weakening Blast / Corrosive 'Nade + Dart / Frag if outside of range / Shiv if in range / Cull / Cull is great. Don't listen to everyone that rants and raves about Concealment Operatives being the only viable PVP/PVE DPS. Try them both out and make the decision for yourself. For me personally? I prefer Lethality Tree for two reasons. Sort of. 1) AOEs + DOTs + AOE-DOT. Speaks for itself. You can spread damage out across multiple targets and can still do damage while focused/fleeing/CC'd. 2) More ways to open on an opponent. The thing Concealment Operatives forget is, there are few ways for you to enter your combo. Since Concealment Op's do the majority (not all) of their damage in Melee, you must close the gap on your target, which may or may not flee you if visible (see: Kiting). While Sever Tendon is a great starter to shutdown a target and get in close for your Melee, Sever Tendon breaks stealth, opting you out from using Hidden Strike, one of your largest sources of melee damage. While you could, in theory, Server Tendon / Cloaking Screen / Hidden Strike / Debilitate / Shiv / etc., it burns your escape and, you're reliant on the long CD of Cloaking Screen. In contrast, Lethality Ops do most of their damage regardless of stealth (though Hidden Strike is always welcome burst) and has a slow built right into their AOE-DOT, Corrosive Grenade, which aids in closing gaps. This leaves Stealth and Cloaking Screen not so much as an opener but rather, an escape mechanism, a scouting tool, and so on. However, Lethality Ops burn Energy Fast. Even with Adrenaline Probe + Stim Boost (mind you, Stim Boost burns TA, preventing you from Culling) you can often "bottom out" on Energy, leaving you with a dreaded few seconds of auto-attacking, until you can begin the dance once again. In contrast, Concealment Ops are fairly light on the consumption of Energy and, since they are not reliant on TA Executions, can freely burn TA on Stim Boost. So again, as I said, I would strongly suggest playing around with both and finding what fits your comfort zone. For me, I feel comfortable with poking at range, then closing in for the kill when victory is certain. I always like having a way out, and I enjoy having a constant flow of damage. That and, I foresee a potential doom for a Concealment friends in the coming weeks. :[
  11. Knockdown? Is that something in the Concealment Tree? Oh, ha-ha. Silly Concealment Operatives.
