But in dxun it has a higher drop chance because it can be personal OR bonus right?

If I may ask, does this set ONLY drops on dxun or is it a bonus drop on dxun but can still drop as personal loot in other operations? I'm finding conflicting information about this hence the question.

Hey, I'm LF an active raiding guild (preferably imp side) that would be willing to accept a new member. - About me: I've been playing on and off since beta and have some raiding experience. My most recent progression is 8/10 in rav/tos before KOTFE. I also did DF/DP HM when it was the hardest progression tier. I can play from around 6PM EDT to 11:30PM EDT. - My characters: I have all classes in both sides, but would prefer to play imp side on my operative healer (mix of 216~220 gear). If needed, I could also offer my powertech DPS (similar gear to operative) or maybe even my sorcerer (DPS or healer), but I really prefer the operative nowadays. - LF I'd like to find a progression team and an active guild. First, I understand I cannot have a guaranteed spot, but it'd be good to have a place to do HM/NM progression. I am not interested in casual raiding only. Second, am LF a guild that does more than having 8 members two nights a week. I'm really interested in doing different operation activities and find people to play with. Thanks!

This. Plus I always felt it was way easier to get t1 in seasons on pub due to the fact you can control who's on your team.

I could be wrong, but I remember from past seasons that it was fairly common to see good players using republic toons to superqueue/syncqueue and stomp imperials (which had a bigger pool, as you said, thus somewhat bad players amongst).

Now that the new warzone is cross-faction and the line was crossed, can we please get a position on the possibility of implementing cross-faction to the ranked scene? This'd help greatly in servers with huge faction unbalance (almost all of them, as far as I know). It'd be a way to increase the total player pool for the matchmaking, as well as mitigate the feeling that we are forced to play in a specific faction during certain periods of the day in order to win. Not only that, it is also a way to reduce wintrading (not completely, of course) and sync queue (more usual in the server's less populated faction). The main counterpoint to this proposal was usually the RP factor, but since Bioware itself already managed to go around it on a way RP was still respected, I believe we now have a chance to invigorate the ranked scene. More, it should be an easier solution than the regularly proposed cross-server tool (although it wouldn't have the same impact). With that said, could we please get a word from Bioware on the possibility of cross-faction ranked arenas?

I love how in this forum every discussion ends up on semantics. I guess it's so hard to defend certain choices in this game development that the way out is to nitpick words.

Dude... I don't think I played more than a couple matches before having grenades. In a few hours I had every card unlock. Either way this game was never announced as competitive. It was clear from day one that they were going to make it very casual. I, personally, think it's a pile of crap that doesn't worth its price, but they were very, very clear about the game's direction. In terms of what they promised the beta is very good with the exception of unbalances (of power ups and between sides). Things that shouldn't be that hard to fix in two months.

Because really, a month for a five minutes recolor on photoshop is a hard slap in everyone's face. Jokes aside, you should have minimum respect for your ranked players, all subscribers, by the way. The handling of this situation is very concerning.
