I crafted a lvl 15 republic grieves from a rare schematic and I feel like I'm missing something. It starts at a base armor of 25 but has 3 slots for modification. Well after adding the best armor enhancement i can find i only get 69 armor out of it. Am i missing something?

Anyone on this server? I would like to get active in world PVP and I'm afraid I picked the wrong server >:|
