Naa, I prefere the instant cast. What needs is some of those skills animations to look better. Only thing I'd have to say that needs to come back is Death From Above for BH's. Don't even play the class anymore but know that is pure iconic for them in this game.

People don't understand this concept. I've tried explaining this before. All I know is that if I'm playing the game and having fun, i'll pay the subscription while playing. It's the least I can do in thanks for them giving me something that I am enjoying.

It's good you enjoy Legion....me, After getting my second character to 110...I fell off the bandwagon. M+ groups? It's like creating a dungeon group of Reddit posters. The vitrol in those groups is beyond anything LFR created. PvP? I've hated PvP in WoW since TBC. It's never been anywhere close to balance. That's why you see everyone looking for specific comps in any group PvP going on the game. Sure, it gets content updates at a crazy pace...but they have been force fed money over YEARS. People come back and leave...just like they do in Swtor. I know people still playing and I also know people that have already left for other games. Specifically, I've come back to Swtor as I've realized I enjoy the PvP here, Love the GSF and groups for PvE stuff. I get more out of my time I play nightly in Swtor than I ever have in WoW. So while you are going back to WoW, hope you have fun. Pretty sure there will still be people here in Swtor having fun as well.

Jumping in with this to add. Empire player returning on my Powertech Tank. Looking for people to do FP runs and occasional PvP as well. Mainly play nightly from 9pm CST to whenever.

Any room for a newly returned player? Coming back and starting over to make sure I get the new changes down. Starting over from low level but only because I want to make sure I understand the changes. Plan is to play a Commando DPS (have experience as Commando Healer as well). Currently level 46, with max perks in GSF, Warzones, Flashpoints so hoping to be above 50 quickly this weekend. I mainly play online from 8:30 Central until 11-12 Midnight most every night. Looking to find a good guild, not mainly for gear, that has a good social activity and likes to have fun. I've currently tanked everything up to my level and enjoy the tanking role. Currently reading/watching Dulfy guides on level 55 Flashpoints and gearing for my class but would like to find a good crew to teach me the finer points of tanking end game once I reach that level. Before you try to end something why don't you READ before posting. I said NOTHING about the Q to get in, my topic was about the contribution medals that allows you to get some sort of ship currency and how when your side gets farmed all the way back to your capitol ship, you basically don't get any type of medal, even for damage done, thus nullifying you having even played in the match at all. I don't see any other thread on this 1st page that has anything to the point what I am talking about.

Let's start this off by saying I expect to die in GSF due to me working to level up my ship to make it better. I'm okay with dying repeatedly as long as I am working towards, even slowly, that next point where I can upgrade a part of my ship. Here is where this becomes painful, when the other team is either an Organized guild/group, has better Ships, or better players that HAVE upgraded their ships to be a lot better to the point where they basically push your side back to your capitol ship and pick you off as you spawn out. What this does is racks up your death count and NOT let you play the game to a point where you don't get any medals so that you can get any type of currency progression. I'd like to see something done to change this, not so I get lots more ship currency, but something that shows even though I am flying out to my death against these people that maybe damage done adds up and I can get a medal for that to help pad my currency a little better and not get put on the list of not having done anything. Almost my entire team was 0 medals this last match and when you get a bad night and this happens every match, this makes the whole experience very dull.

As a Scout player, I'm really okay with Gunships. except for a couple of points. 1st I'd put a limit on how long they can sit in Sniper mode. I've played multiple matches where 3 players in gunships will hover on top of the map taking out anything at range and never moving. It's a space combat game, ships needs to move. 2nd is some of the gunship pilots are starting to learn the veteran tricks. One being if a ship has them on the run and is trailing close to them, going into sniper mode basically is a giant air brake, the trail ship flies past and then the gunship just shoots them dead. I'd say limiting the number of shots allowed (2-3 max) in sniper mode before forcing them out of that mode with a short (3 seconds?) cooldown before being able to go back into that mode.

There has never been a "Perfect" MMO...but I agree with the above statement that while not "Perfect" the game has more upsides than downsides in regards to what I enjoy while playing. Sure other games might do something or aspect better but it all boils down to what would I rather be playing.

They also had the CE game for 29.99. which is a steal with the statue and key FOB which gets you an additional 100 CC a month
