I'm not sure when this change happened, but it must have been pretty recent. When and why did they change so you can't buy (for example) PvP items ahead of time? You couldn't really buy PvE items ahead of time before, until now with Planetary commendations which was added, I presume, added with Rise of the Hutt Cartel. I could understand they add restrictions on mods and such, so you can't buy the really high level ones to put up on the GTN, but why the gear? Why on that which is bound on pickup? I was accumulating points to buy level 40 PvP gear to use when I get to level 40 (I'm level 25), but to my surprise -- and sadness -- I can't buy it until I *am* level 40. (I mean, what's the point of adding a level restriction on buying it if when bought it's bound and you get points for losing a warzone anyway?) Why is that? Any logic behind it, a reason, or is it just poor programming?
