I've really noticed it in PVP, especially during prime time and weekends. I'll have 150ms lag usually which is tolerable for an MMO but when it comes to PVP it'll just turn into me running in, setting up a gun and then mashing my buttons in the hope something will happen before everyone runs out of range or before I get murdered by someone I didn't see >.>

You do know that could just be 274x 15y right ?

Makes sense, Though funnily enough I've noticed it being a little more unresponsive then usual since I started playing after the patch.
