I'd love to see the unstable blade effect as a tuning. Any chance of it happening?

Hello all. I'm returning to the game after a good few years away and I'm looking to start with a fresh slate. I've never really played a Sage / Sorcerer before, one question I have is is there any lightsaber ability at all with the class or is it entirely ranged? For purely aesthetic reasons (I'm not interested in PvP at the moment) can I actually bash things with my lightsaber from time to time as part of my skills rotation if I feel the need? I've tried looking for lists of skills and everything is a bit patchwork or incomplete at the moment. Being able to actually use the saber a bit even if they aren't the most effective attacks add to the star-warsy feel of things for my own personal happiness
