Bit the bullet and bought it. Just for anyone in the future, You DO get all 4 stacks while channeling Blazing Bolts

Does it gain 1 stack each time you used Blazing Bolts? Or does it gain all 4 during the channel time of Blazing Bolts? In other words do I have to cast Blazing Bolts 4 times to get all 4 stacks?

do story missions do the same bit switching companions every time or can I commit to leveling one?

I just finished Ilum and want to get started on farming rishi armor from SoR. However Makeb does follow Ilum My question is do I mess up the story much if I do SoR then go do Rise of The Hutts after?
