Hey everyone, Still getting my bearings and I'm now up to level 16 and I am looking for info on how to fill my tree as I go up. I'm pairing artiface so I can upgrade my stuff as I go and try to make some credits (after 100k worth of mistakes spending it on my old toon not realizing that it didn't carry to the new toon) -- Lesson learned So I'm looking for info on how to build my tree as I level. I do want to work with some group stuff but most of my time will be spent questing and levelling. I do have some ideas to PVP a bit but I wanna wait until my tree fills up a bit more. Coming back after a good long break and ghave been having a lot more fun with this than I have had with anything for a while and actually picked up a 2 month card to get the perks and see how it plays out over the next two months. Greetings everyone! After a long break waiting for BW/EA to get their ducks lined up in a row, I got talking with a classmate on campus and he convinced me to give it another go. I enjoy the assassination side but the furthest I got was level 24 and I got on it and realized I had absolutely no idea what I was doing and had forgotten a lot of the story, long story short I re-rolled. So here I am with my Assassin and I know I want to go tank with it but I'm wondering how leveling goes with tanking tree, is it similar to other MMOs where you can mow down groups taking them on in small clusters? I found that going DPS was quite tricky and died a few times and decided it was going to be better for me to go back to tanking and worry about ninjaing pvp a little later until I get the mechanics down again. So how goes the leveling as tank? Is there anything I should look out for spec wise or any low level tree builds that I should look into in order to help me out ? Also there seems to be an OVERABUNDANCE of bio crafters so I was thinking Art and the associated professions, are they still making decent money? I know I did well in fact my lvl 24 had a considerable amount of credits that I was able to apply to my legacy and get a few more buffs. PS realized last night that the graphics are far superior to that other MMO which we will not speak of and it got me hooked I ended up going lvl 1-13 last night alone. Thanks guys!

HAHA you are only as young as you feel I know for me myself, I don't really plan on rolling/levelling too hard, I want to enjoy all that will be being presented to me

Plus there has been a lot of talk by people who are currently in guilds of saying forget the guild and striking out on their own because they didn't/aren't getting to play with their guild mates

Sleep is for the weak my friend Cata Release, I missed Realm first for my class by about an hour and I would of had it too if not for a stupid final..... I bet there are a lot of people on right now with multiple 4 packs of red bull going without sleep living on caffiene

LOL don't feel bad I was actually about to come start a thread going OMGZ WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SERVERS but was overjoyed when I realized they were new servers... I see a huge push coming tomorrow

Hey there! A) They just added new servers so you shouldn't be all that far behind if you decide to roll one of these newer servers B) I have been playing MMOs for a good while everytime on a PVP server, during vanilla WoW (just using this as an example), there really wasn't all that much ganking going on, people were more focused on attacking towns/settlements, and random ganks =/= camping C) Most higher levels will leave lower levels alone (personally my rule is if I see them in the real world I will /wave or /greet them if they reply there are times where I will actually help them out since they are pleasent) Other than that my rule is if its more than 10 levels below me to leave them alone, that rule gets thrown out if they are harassing someone in my guild or a friend of mine, and I have been known to take gold bounties on people griefing people D) Trust me I doubt you have that much to worry about, it will go like this: Everyone power level to 50, those who are going to take a more relaxed pace will know level 50s and if someone gets them and camps them then your friends will usually be more than happy to come help you out I hope this helped, but all in all its my opinion on my experience over the past several years
