As per JackieKo, Broadsword: "A 50% Collection Unlock sale will run from December 20 to January 9, 2024." Well, today is December 20, 2024 and the Cartel Market reset time has passed, the servers reset time has passed but still no Collection Unlock sale available. Could someone from Broadsword explain us what is happening? Are you sure it is about 2024 and not about 2025?

Why no Collection Unlock sales??? WHY??? As everyone said already, this is a very very bad and a very very wrong move. I'm not sure who decided this (BS or EA) but PLEASE, for the future of this game rethink your decision. Thank you in advance.

I remember that during Life Day event we also had double XP as well as unlock discount in Collections. Nothing like that this year? Or it is mentioned somewhere and i missed it?

Short answer: No, it doesn't. Neither in-game nor out-game. Regardless what some fanboys are saying, giving arrogant and useless answers, this game never got the proper customer support it's player base deserve. Long answer: Too long to post it here. Just read the forums from the beginning and you'll see what i mean.

Hello, This is the "helpful" answer to my ticket regarding this quest bug that i got from Customer Service: "Thank you for submitting a Bug Report! Bug Reports will not receive a response as they do not reach Customer Service but instead are automatically forwarded to Quality Assurance. HOWEVER, if you need additional help beyond your initial bug report, please submit a new Help Ticket under the appropriate category to contact a Customer Service Agent. Otherwise, you will not be contacted further regarding this issue." This was sent under "Bug Report" category, now i sent another one under "Mission" category but i really doubt that someone will help, i just hope they will fix it with today's patch, otherwise...

I have absolutely the same problem, the quest is fully bugged. i tried everything but in vain and i can't progress at all. I have sent a ticket but... i don't have too much hope really

Almost the same situation for me but i'm so casual that i really don't care about. To be frank with you i doubt that you'll be able to find a guild to your taste on this server as many are pretending to be the best but actually they're not. I wish you good luck...
