  1. Originally bought a full set of Thyrsian (316) gear but parked it in my legacy hold a few days ago after seeing the Decurion (320) gear, looked at the set today and all but two pieces seem to have converted into 320 Decurion gear?
  2. So after some testing it appears that the (Jedi Shadow) ability "Mind Maze" is bugged. The assassin, scoundrel and operative versions of stealth mezz do not appear to be effected. Basically, after mind maze ends, if you do not activate an ability you get stuck in what appears to be a 1 GCD animation which prevents you from moving or jumping. It was tested against a few classes and appears to effect all. So for example, if you were a sentinel, after mind maze ends you can activate an ability normally (leap, throw etc.), however if you try to just move or jump, you get stuck in a kind of waking up animation for what seems to be 1 global CD. This causes a problem if you're node guarding as a non-stealth as the only viable way to not get stealth capped is to stay out of line of sight. For example in Civil War you hide behind one of the walls on the edge of the node, if someone tries to mezz and cap you, the time it takes for them to run to the node is enough for you to jump and leap/throw/grenade etc, to stop the cap without wasting your breaker. Basically any half-decent Jedi Shadow has a 9.5 second stealth CC against anyone LOSin the node.
  3. Many, many patches ago there was a line in the patch notes which said something along the lines of "fixed unintentional movement caused by Guardian slash". Since the latest patch I am experiencing this same issue as Sage heal when a Defence Guardian uses Warding Strike or Guardian slash on me. Basically every hit my character moves slightly, breaking whatever I'm casting constantly. On Warding Strike it is literally three tiny jolt movements on my character. Tried to replicate this in duels in a stronghold but doesn't seem to happen, I don't know if it's to do with certain warzones or interactions between certain characters (heard of other bugs that only happen between characters on certain accounts and not with others). I'm also not sure if it's apparent on Empire as I don't play that faction, I've only noticed it versus Guardians as Sage. I don't play my Sage a huge amount (22 renown and only from PVP) so not sure if it is happening versus all Guardians, but as you can imagine it peaks my attention when it does start happening. Thanks
  4. I was talking about the pipes you mentioned in Quesh and Vandin, I guess they're supposed to be carrying acid to the acid traps.
  5. You call them air vents, I call them steam pipes. Steam is essentially air, just off a hot water source. Now let's get back to business and get the devs to fix this bollox.

  7. Yes something is bugged with this. Got it yesterday on one toon, today nowhere to pick it up from on an alt. Deleted the mission on first char and went to every outpost on Ossus to try find which NPC has it, can't find it anywhere. Pretty sure I got it from the main Ossus outpost yesterday.
  8. Got a Guardian in Defense spec. Just noticed that the Stalwart Defense AOE damage reduction buff meant only for the Vigilance and Focus disciplines shows up after AOE taunt. It should only provide 30% damage reduction while stunned for Defense spec.
  9. Ultimate answer is yes, better gear will lead to better stats in WZ.
  10. Yeah it does seem to make a fair amount of difference. I used the bolsterizer on fleet and both have the latest power stim. Commando Healer - Full 228 augments, bits of 228 and 230 gear Sage Healer - Fresh 70, 208 gear from pre 5.0 So better gear does get bolstered more.
  11. After seeing how much of a boost bolster is giving, it seems regardless of gear everyone is pretty much sitting around the same HP and stats. So is it even going to make much of a difference whether you upgrade your gear? How much of a boost on top of the current bolstered stats is min/maxed tier 3 gear going to give? 45% crit, 70% surge, 15% alacrity, 3.5k bonus damage and 130k HP with mostly 208 gear but fully augmented with the 228s seems a bit over the top as it is.

  13. Been getting enough spikes where I have to spam a key to get a response. SWTOR net code is just a bag of shizzle me nizzle.
  14. Removing expertise means complete idiots will feel they can compete, first few weeks are gonna hurt.
