It takes a really bad team and a frustrating game experience for me to actually quit a Warzone - it has happened, I admit. Most of the times when it's simply not goin' that well, I simply shut off and focus on personal objectives instead of trying to win. Medals, Medals, Medals. Squeeze the most out the loosing match.

I was wondering who has a character for every class?
Dharkeon replied to NumberZeroX's topic in Combat Styles
50 Sniper; 50 Assassin; 35 Marauder; 15 Mercenary. Will take me a while till I venture to the Republic side (Will eventually, even if for the Stories). It just bores me to hell. -
Well - I have no (major) complaints about the Imperial Agent Forum, here, either (Yes.. there is the occasional "lol, we sux roll something else" Thread - but the amount of helpful people, along with the story related threads, make up for it.

If the Forum Community is the only reason you are leaving - I'd say you are out of luck, wherever you go. (At least if you plan on heading to any "big" MMO. There will always be someone happy. Someone unhappy. Someone raging. Someone raging at the people raging. Someone asking for nerfs. Someone asking for buffs. Someone posting why the game is awesome and asking when the next content patch is around. Someone posting why the game sucks and is dying. Someone saying that there aren't enough patches. Someone whining because their gaming time was reduced due to the latest maintenance patch-related. .. You know where I'm heading. The only thing I can suggest - is to create your own little community within the game - fansite, guild, dunno - and feel like you belong there somehow.

EDIT: Think I got this one wrong; So changing. If one opens on me, I'll be in trouble for a lil' while, and unless they completely outgear me, I am quite able to handle it. Darkness Assassins (and Republic counterpart) - Annihilation Marauders (and Republic counterpart); well.. to some extent..they can. Thank you, and come again. And no, I never played, nor will play an Operative\Scoundrel. Tried to level one.. but just isn't my cup of tea. However I can count with my right hand's fingers the amount of those I find in Warzones, and even less the amount that can actually kill me.

Can't say it's the best since I've only played 2 - yet I'd easily give the Imperial Agent Storyline a 9\10. Played thru' it doing my own individual decisions (ended up Neutral, leaning to Light-side); and quite surprised by the amount of outcomes and scenarios available regarding different choices.

Definitely gettin sick of Marauders....
Dharkeon replied to DarthLightSide's topic in Gunslinger / Sniper
Sniper here - but yeah, close enough to Gunslingers to feel that I can post on this thread. I got pretty much a Love\Hate relationship with Sentinels and Marauders. The ones I truly hate: The good players. Those are the ones who kill me. Sometimes I barely have any reaction from the moment I'm tagged till I'm dead. On the other side.. FOTM players: Those are fun to play against. Some require some "kiting". Other just get beaten by me placing myself in "Turret-Mode". I'm honestly more harassed by Assassin\Shadow Tanks than by Marauders, to be honest. -
Why exactly does most equipment focus on strength?
Dharkeon replied to moiraesfate's topic in New Player Help
You should roll\transfer(when possible) on my server and team up with me. Whenever me and my mates loot something (and the loot is not locked to party\op's classes) it's, for our sadness since no one is a Bounty Hunter, Aim loot. Of course there are some good drops as well, but people tend to recall with a bigger fervor those times they get screwed over than the times it all goes awesomely. -
I'm quite ok with the Legacy Unlocks and how it works. They are by no means "Essential" nor "Game-Breaking", just some nice perks you can buy if you so desire. Besides, Credits are so damn easy to come by; Only people that have no interest whatsoever in making money ingame that are broke. Legacy, even tho' a bit harder, is also easy as pie. You even can raise both at the same time. Is it boring? Yes it is, dailies are chores within MMORPGs. Don't want to do them? Fair enough, don't whine when you can't afford said "No-essential perks", tho'.

My server must be really rubbish.. most I've seen are in the 700k's. And these are certainly not Snipers. I usually do around 250-300k's in a good match. I, however, don't really abuse on AoEing and simply shoot people down. Most I've done were some pathetic 500k's with a pet healer behind me, lol.. I honestly can't see someone doing that damage (constantly) as a sniper, against a "decent" team.

I'd check the date of the OP you are quoting.

While it does need some tweaking, I'd say to stick with Expertise. I wouldn't mind see lower damage & more survival stats in PvP gear (Making it less usable in PvE and quite useful in PvP). PvE players will do PvE Activities in a bigger scale, if they want to also compete in the top of the top tiers of PvP - they will have to PvP their way up. PvP players will do PvP Activities in a bigger scale, if they want to also compete in the top of the top tiers of PvE - they will have to PvE their way up. I, for one, do both - and proud to have two sets of gear, one that is optimal for each. Anyone that is against Expertise most likely never experienced (sorry about the following) World of Warcraft's pre-Resilience times. Where PvE Heroes had superiority above simple mortals. I was a terrible casual back then.. regret deeply not having a full-PvE Mage back in those days.

Are you a FOTM Reroller and do you feel ashamed sometimes?
Dharkeon replied to tehrealdealz's topic in PvP
So when "it was looking like marauders were going to the new OP class", you were going for it. And then when you saw they were "broken/OP/FOTM", you chose not to? Sorry.. I'm confused :S Regarding the OP, nope; Sniper since I first saw their announcement and planning on sticking with my class 'till the end. -
Got them all on my main character. Must admit some were rather tricky, but eventually manageable. One thing I've noticed, quite unsure if it was due to delays (but doubt since I'm usually with a decent ping), but there are some issues with jumping at the very end of a platform. Better safe than sorry. A tip would be find a character with some sort of Pull ability. Befriend with the person itself. And then have them do the jumping and pull you (sometimes Dueling is required) to the next location. Happy jumpin'!
