  1. My thread was closed to i came here to give input, i feel like cross server pvp should not be ever included in this game.
  2. Doubt anyone would remember me out of the thousands, even if i got top damage and most medals each and every game for 2 months. It wont work when you see the same people over and over. I could be for Cross server pvp if it came out once ranked pvp was introduced.
  3. Simoon: Will you be adding the option to choose what Warzone you enter a queue for? Gabe Amatangelo: Not until we introduce cross server queuing. If we were to allow players to choose their Warzone before they could queue across servers, then it would negatively affect how often every player would see a Warzone – and for every player that loves a certain Warzone there is another player that hates it. The population would end up divided by their Warzone choice, negatively affecting the time it would take for a specific Warzone to become available for anyone. With cross server queuing we will still have a preference to match players of the same server, but those players who choose specific preferences such as these will likely end up in a match with players in the larger Wargroup. So basically in that paragraph, Gabe is saying they have plans to introduce cross server queuing, i for one, am not for that, i love the fact that i am able to build a reputation for my self on my server for being a great jedi sentinel, and i know who i am facing. I know this doesn't mean it will happen anytime soon, but it is on the table. What do you think
  4. True, but i wouldn't be surprised if it was actually only a couple hours.
  5. So basically, you could of avoided all this drama, ordered today, and still got in today. After today's waves, everyone who preorders up to the 20th, get in instantly. killmenext dan termani @ @Rockjaw If I enter a preorder code after the last wave goes out and everyone is in early access will it automatically let me in then? 1 hour ago in reply to ↑ Stephen Reid @Rockjaw Stephen Reid @killmenext There will be a small delay as the code is redeemed and we invite you.
  6. There you go, your using a Intel HD graphics card, that is a integrated GPU, those things are not for video games, that will make the game lag horribly for you. Also your CPU is a Pentium dual core. You are using a very old computer technology wise. That is not for gaming.
  7. I agree with you, but for the consumer, this was not the best approach, concerning them, we do not know how this benefits there company, so lets leave it at that.
  8. Again i quote your stupidity, http://www.swtor.com/legalnotices/euala is the agreement I SIGNED, i did not accept that EA agreement that are quoting, were is your source link? I accepted the link above. Please, you still have not given me and facts other then what another Companies ToS that applies to other things. Also, you still prove that your a child, because you want to prove that your right and I am wrong. You can continue all you like, but i will shoot you down. I I lost all respect after you said and i quote "That means I'm right and you are not".
  9. No, i am not lying, you are again, calling me a lair. I could say the same too you. Do you have access to my account, do you have proof that i got the "universal" game time. "Vertual stock holder" was a term i used. Because YOU, ME, everyone else is PAYING to keep this game alive. If everyone stopped paying how can they support themselves. They cannot. Exactly. I think its time to shut your mouth because you keep on saying read this read that. Did you forget that this is a WORLD WIDE release. You do not have to be 18+ to sign contracts everywhere. Also, i read through the EAULA, it does not say you have to be 18 to accept it. If it does please correct me. My thing is we as customers are letting game companies get away with more and more things. So tell me YOUR SAYING ITS OK, to pay 60$ for a Box and CDs and a manual. They dont have to give you access for anything else? I think you need to READ, all you are doing is trying to prove me wrong, what are you getting out of this, i am a customer, i am voicing MY opinion of what is going on. You cannot support your information as fact, yet i never said my information WAS FACT. You sir need to educate your self, because right now, you are making your self look like more of an idiot every time you post. So your saying, your "opinion" is valid compared to the hundreds on these forums agreeing with me. Wait not hundreds, THOUSANDS. So continue to stick by the company and there decisions. People like YOU, are the reason they feel like they can do what they want without giving us a notice. 3 days before the event is not notice. This is not a matter of is SWTOR a good game, or are they doing the right things to balance/patch the game. Its the fact that they said we were given 5 days early access. "Up to". People haves lives, we dont all live in our parents homes. We change things up expecting to play this game early. They gave us 2 days, extra, great. They should of told us 2 weeks ago. They removed the Grace period, NO EXCUSE, they communicated us that they would remove it way too late. After people ordered there game with standard shipping. They make promises and statements, they they dont have to keep. They already got your money, so they do as they please. Please stop responding if your going to act like a child. I am voicing my opinion, yet you say all my statements are a lie. Then most of these people on the forums must be lying. EDIT: http://www.swtor.com/legalnotices/euala Sorry i care about the SWTOR game Agreement that i accepted, not the EA one.
  10. Actually, i did not waste 60$, because i will be playing this game because i enjoy it. Early access is HUGE for me and some of my friends because can you honestly say, someone like me who wants to be competitive, is fair that people will be lvl 50, and already have a decent PVP set or PVE set by the time we start, let me say that again, START leveling. So once we hit 50, they will be even farther ahead of me. I am a customer, i have the RIGHT to complain as a choose. When in this day and age is a person wrong for voicing there opinion. If i got in on day one, i would still be complaining due to my friends not getting in. To the fact that people are still not getting in.
  11. You want to know why the press are going to be "Lauding" BioWare? Ill tell you why, because they have press accounts, and they get to log in from day one. They do not have to wait like some of us who ordered in November and December. Also, a lot of the Popular youtubers are now complaining about this, these people have hundreds of thousands that watch them.
  12. Lets use your words, "you do realize" that when your logging in, your never logging into a server, your put into a que. Also, i would rather wait 3 hours in a que, then have to wait another 4 days from now, THEN STILL have to wait in que. Do you understand what im saying.
  13. Ok, you say they are universal, i know were to check, i never got even 1 day extra to my account, i checked my account history, nothing. Were is your proof that this is a universal thing. Also, you do not have to actively play the character, as long as you have a character on that realm it applies to you. What about my server Mok'nathal, in the past 3 years, there has been at least 40 days of downtime to to patches taking way longer then what was stated, errors, weather, ect. Also, i understand its there game. I understand im signing a contract. What i do not agree with is the fact that you are giving up your right as a customer, as a virtual stock holder, to have any say. That as a company, they do not have to legally do anything they promise to give us. They could promise to give us something in the next expansion. You buy it, they say, well never mind we apologize, they wont give you a refund, you cannot sue to get your money back. You cannot cancel the payment without them locking your account. Nothing. Also, this game is Rated T for teen. Anyone above 13 years old can sign and agree to the contract. There is nothing in the EUALA that says you must be 18 or older. You must be the legal age to purchase this game. Also, this is not about Renting. I am Paying a set amount for something. I am entitled to what i am given, the 59.99 or what ever you payed for is not a down payment. It is the price for the game. That you never even get to own. Also a parent cannot legally let a persons under 13 play this game. Titles rated T (Teen) have content that may be suitable for ages 13 and older. Titles in this category may contain violence, suggestive themes, crude humor, minimal blood, simulated gambling, and/or infrequent use of strong language. So yet you insult me, did i call you names? Did i say you were stupid. Your truthful things that you say are you opinion. Also, i never said you were defending Blizzard, i was speaking of Bioware/EA. I continue to dispute this as a debate, yet you are taking this personally. We as customers should have rights, not have a license to shut up.
