  1. Nope, Eliminator is the one with 8 heat cost reduction on railshot and with the crit bonus til tracer missile. Which makes me think its meant for mercs, since PT's cant use the 2-point bonus at all. But they they call our DPS Generator "Eliminator" too and since mercs cant use generators that seems to hint that Eliminator is aimed at powertechs.
  2. I know, but why is the DPS generator named after the MERCENARY armor set? It should be named along with the Combat Tech set to show that it belongs with that role.
  3. Judging from the set bonuses on the PvE sets it would seem to be meant for mercs, although I find the 4-piece bonus awesome as a Railshot focused PT. And the Combat Tech set must be for PT's. But why then is the DPS generator called "Eliminator" when mercs dont use generators? Its a bit confusing
  4. I'm trying to find some information on this after a guildmate told us the system is supposedly a lot different from previous MMO's. What he tells us after having been on a PUG raid is that when an item drops, for example a chestpiece that is meant for Sith Sorcerors, only the class its meant for can loot it and there will be one drop for each player of that class. It sounds interesting and with the potential to eliminate a lot of loot distribution drama. But is that really how it works? If not, can someone please give us a few details on how it works? Is it like WoW, Rift and so on where 2-3 random items drop and the raid then needs to decide on how to distribute them through whatever method you prefer?
  5. There already is an android app out. Been out for a few days now.
  6. Agent Orange Obviously this has to be a Zabrak with an orange skin-tone.
  7. An option to place all gathered raw materials directly in the cargo hold would be a huge help with this.
  8. Thats ok. You dont have to "get it". You prefer one thing, others prefer another. All you have to do is respect that others have different preferences than your own. Just like our guild will be respecting others on our server and using english when in public channels. The world would be a boring place if we all had the same personal preferences and it surprises me if a person who wants to meet other nationalities can't see that...
  9. There is no flaw. As a purely danish guild we need to make ensure that we are on a server with danish players so we dont die out if we lose members and cant replace them. If our starting members are the only danes on the server we can't ensure the guilds future. That doesn't mean we want to take over public chat channels and force all other nationalities off the server. We will be using our own language in guild chat, when running guild groups and on our voice chat. But in the public channels and when grouped with non-danes we will use english, which is no problem as the vast majority are well versed in english (except for our goofy foreign minister!).
  10. The Red Eclipse is a PvE server and it will be home to a coalition of 25 english and scandinavian guilds that have chosen to go to the server for the express purpose of making sure public chat channels will be mainly english. All 25 guilds agree on this and together we have around 1100 players just counting the numbers of the guild pre-launch site (my own guild only counts 38 on that site, while we are 75 members in reality). So guilds and players that prefer english in public chat shouldn't have anything to worry about on that server.
  11. I'm not upset at all. Offcourse I hope to get early access soon but the staggered invites is fine and in less than a week everyone who wants to play the game will be able to do so. No need to be upset.
