I quit using the physical key bcs I didn't want to take it to work with me just so I could log into the forums. I always have my phone with me. I've never had an issue with the app on iPhone.

No sir, still doesn't work for me. Last time I heard from CS they said my case had been elevated to the development team for review and would get back to me, which they haven't yet. I thought this might have been the fix but I guess not.
With this account glitch you can't even get that far. It redirects before you can get to the checkout page where you can select or edit your card details. Even when I try to view my payment history it says cannot connect to EA Billing at this time please try again later. Yet if I go to ea.com my history shows my latest sub purchase. EA's last maintenance screwed something up with how our accounts are connected. Resetting the ea,com password works for some people but not for me. My EA account is only 3 years old whereas my swtor.com account is 10 years old. Something isn't syncing correctly.
