  1. Hi, I'm sure. When the code is passed wrong, either the app doesn't accept it, or the website doesn't accept it. I've done the procedure many times.
  2. I have already done all the procedures described on the website to set up a security key using the mobile app, but my account continues to behave as if I had no one registered. I can log in without a security key, as the message "A security key is not associated with this account" always appears
