  1. Pretty much. If you do every possible daily mission, including the space daily, you can earn 36 commendations a day. That's about 7-8 days for 2-3 hours per day to get a bit of gear that you'll probably replace after using it for 4-5 hours of low-level play.
  2. Synthweaving for Warrior will get gear for you and Jaesa. It's also advantageous that she has a +5 Crit to Synth
  3. It's the downside of any prefix/suffix based item system. Some stuff just comes out with odd stats.
  4. SI has a very good first chapter, but it falters a fair bit during the second part, and only manages to make a partial recovery towards the end. Spoiler tags for those that wish to avoid being spoiled by my comparison.
  5. Talents? Specifically, you get 1% accuracy for each point in Sharpshooter (tier 1 - Sharpshooter), and 1% crit for each point in No Holds Barred (Tier 1 - Dirty Fighting) 3 points in SS + the companion gets you your 4% accuracy. 2 points in NHB + companion gets the 3% crit Also, don't forget to factor in the +5 crit from your Class Buff (assuming it's on in that screenshot) Presence: Are you a human? You receive an additional +100 Presence for reaching level 50 with a Human.
  6. Sith Warrior. My Inquisitor is at 50, my Warrior is 36.
  7. I've received them from A) Underworld Trading Metals B) Treasure Hunting Gems C) Slicing Augment Parts D) Investigation Companion Gifts
  8. Minor detail, but several important questions were asked. None were answered though.
  9. ok, I decided to do the math. The non-reduced relics do 74.8% of the damage of the reducing relics. So, if you're attacking a target that has more than 25.2% Damage Reduction (DR) from armor, then the internal/elemental relics are better. Per this Dev Post, Operation Training Dummies have a 35% DR. If we assume that all Operations Bosses have approximately the same armor, then this makes the internal/elemental relics best. UNLESS If you're a trooper/BH, you can get some good armor penetration from your skills. Up to 60% with the cylinder and full stacks of grav/tracer. Sadly, I'm not sure of the formula to convert armor to DR, but per that same Dev Post, that would reduce the DR from armor to about 19% (Dev actually calculated using 55%, not 60% reduction). 19% reduction is less than the 25.2% loss for the different relic, which means that Toopers/BHs are better using the Kinetic/Energy proc relics.
  10. Kinetic and Energy damage are reduced by armor. Elemental and Internal are not. Certain bosses may have better resistances to one or the other, but I'm not sure which is the "best" one.
  11. And the Chiss weren't known until after Episode 1. Didn't stop them from being a playable race. Still.... No. There's so many better options for playable species than the 'joke' species.
  12. You have 4 torpedoes. Just fire the 4th one at the last target and you're done. Yes, I know the number says 3. What isn't communicated in-game is that the number shows the amount of torpedoes (and missiles) you have as reloads, not currently able to be fired. As long as the icon is purple, you still have a torpedo to use.
  13. 1) The companion is doing a fair share of the damage. (He's got 327 Presence, btw) 2) He's using Sticky Bomb in addition to the punches.
  14. 1 for a regular quest, 3 for a Heroic. 2 for the Black Hole Area
  15. Because people look up 3-melee strategies for groups with 1 melee?
