I get about 50 FPS out questing and 30 or so when in heavily populated areas, in 1920x1080. More than smooth enough for me.

My bars are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, shift+1, Shift+2, shift+3 shift+4, shift+5, z, x `, q, e, r, f, shift+`, shift +q, shift +e, shift +r, shift+f, shift+z, shift+x and my left sidebar has mouse3, mouse4, mouse5, and the shift-variations of them It works really well for me. I can't imagine going without WASD or needing to.

If you have an AMD card, download the catalyst control center from their website, it can force AA in all full-screen applications or use application settings. I dunno about nVidia though.
