My activities with Customer Service have also been good. On one occasion I got my materials scammed, and I got them back with the help of CS. Eventhough I'm sure they didn't have to help me. That was my stupid mistake which won't happen again. Another case was a freak accident where 4 of my chars were deleted. Three days and they were restored.

I see you didn't add the black list. Well, the guy (Evilsnoopy) apparently deleted his char. I'm still guessing he might have some alts to wreak havoc with. Although I can't be sure. I think it was three days ago when I reported him. I haven't still gotten any response from CS, but I'll update the info here as soon as I get it. Atleast I learned a valuable lesson from this case, as SWTOR is my first MMO. Guess all I can do now is blame it on the boogie.

I just checked the list, and noticed the blacklist. And it's only name "Evilsnoopy". And guess who I gave my mats to for Adv Might Arm 27? It was two days ago, and I've been mailing the guy but he hasn't responded, and I haven't seen him online. Do I have any chance to get my mats back by reporting him?
