This heroic quest absolutely needs reworked. As is, every person on the quest, and in the area, can summon a boss during each others encounter. So you wind up with 6-7 bosses and 37 adds all RED to everyone. If your group manages to kill the adds and the correct boss, you still fail if someone elses boss kills you or a group member. Either phase the area, or put in a delay on the boss summons until the previous one is down.
