  1. Origin Server - The Harbinger Characters - Vexana, Hilde... one or two others maybe. Destination - Dalborra Problem: Unable to select anything from drop down menus. Buttons greyed out.
  2. I don't play a Sage, so you'll have to forgive me. Does this mean the upfront heal has been removed? Or was the Salv HoT ticking twice at the start, as well as getting the instant heal. I'm leaning toward the later then the former. Cause it would suck if it was the former. I'd like my instant heal on Revivification, heh. (Those that don't know, from what I've been led to believe, Salv has an upfront heal followed by the HoT, Revivification, just has the Hot. ie 1000 upfront with 600 tick hot)
  3. Some reason I pictured the TF2 Demo-Man when you said that, when thinking of Andronikus in AOE mode.
  4. I think it would look less awkward if we cast Force Lightning one handed like the other lightning attacks. That or the saber just sheathed (disappears) itself for that attack.
  5. My stats aren't as good as you guys, only 1300 wp atm 430 bonus heal 58% crit MP. 330 ticks 530 crits. But anyway's It seems to me (maybe its lag delay for where I am in the world) that I get two ticks together at the start right at the same time, about half a second after the spell goes off. Honestly didn't think it was much of an issues because I just assumed it would be lag delay. =/
  6. I use my sabre all the time for the luls in flashpoints. I can accept that Sorcerers don't have sabre attacks because fall into the mage/caster archetype, which is essentially glass cannons. If you want a dodgy lore reason, look at it as we focused on manipulating the force itself over martial combat. It'd be awesome say if you could make custom classes like in Skyrim and other Elder Scrolls games but for an MMO it doesn't really work well. Because balance wise things would swing wildly one way or the other. A short to medium range class would be cool, like say the Juggernaunt crossed with the Sorcerer. But it would be hilariously unbalanced probably.
  7. I just use the operations window to manually target people. I switch between watching the battle around me to find people who are under fire, and watching for dropping health in the Op window. I have the op window just to the left of my character on the screen so its easy to keep track of everything around me. Although Huttball can be a pain with the multiple levels (Extrication is awesome too). I've found Revivification to be quite useful at times, it's incredible on Voidstar and on Alderaan when people are piling around the points and its area of effect is quite a bit larger then the graphic implies. Personally I love the ability, it would be nice if it was a little more front loaded I guess, or if the HOT part kept ticking on people after they leave the area, but as it is now its useful. It definately takes the edge off when you are switching between folks to heal rapidly.
  8. 'Evil' force healing would be more akin to necromancy and other 'dark' fantasy based like extension techniques, ie body jumping or soul bonding. Or sucking the life out of an entire planet to fuel your own. Jedi I guess heal through positive neutral means, hence they are big on meditation and the like. Its a longer, slower road but the results may be more stable. Basically healing via the soul. Sith healing would be like, jabbing someone with an adrenaline shot, or rapid cellular mutation. More physical based healing, much quicker but chances that it could go wrong would be higher but over all the end result is the same. If that's right (roughly), it'd mean that the Sith healing methods would be more 'practical' particularly in a combat situation were speed would be key. But the Jedi one would be better afterwards or when time isn't a factor. Neither are wrong if viewed like that, it just depends on the situation for which one is required. Unfortunately Sith healing would lend itself much more easily towards the life sucking type of skills since they are drawing on "physical" life more so then the "spiritual" (the force being the conduit, I guess). Anakin being swayed by healing techniques from Palpatine was merely just a hook by him to get Anakin to consider and thus fall to the Dark Side as he never had any intention to teach him those skills. The black and white outlook on Sith and Jedi is pretty limiting/impractical when you get down to it. The disney-esque evil of the Sith at times is fairly facepalm worthy, fine follow your passion but it doesn't mean you have to be an idiot! If anything the two working together would be incredible.
  9. Mm, Im kind of partial to the Champions PVP gear. The tattered red and black look is great. But only two mod slots QQ.
  10. Full Corruption is like watching a glacier in action when it comes to 1v1'n folks, its almost painful compared to other games where a healer can kind of hold their own with a little more leeway. It's possible it just takes a long time, and its a real pain in the *** if you can't get some distance (well feels that way to me) - it's like a Holy Paladin from vanilla WoW in a duel. Although it does take a couple folks to full focus you down though if you're totally on the defensive. I've had a number of shadow/assassins just give up and run away. Although I seem to attract Snipers stalking me literally to the four corners of a map JUST to kill me, srsly, run away all alone and BAM that jerk is back, repeat ad infinitum, what makes them so damn persistent.
  11. When I see snipers crit for around 3.5-3.9k and I top out at about 2.8 with TB and CL I have to admit I feel a little emasculated. I'm sure that Bioware will fix it if it is a problem (which I have a suspicious that it is). If not when we get combat logs and it shows it such, well, squeakiest wheel gets the grease.
  12. I have found the stuff on Voss to hit quite hard (and I'm guessing Corellia too). You can get away with using any companion really, but in the phases I've found switching to the healer guy to be more effective (especially on that last class quest step - that last guy bloody hurt). Ashara and Andronikus are great against the little guys, Khem is good against solid steady hitters, and Talos is handy on those annoying elites that force you to move around a lot and dont leave you much time to heal.
  13. Honestly if you just want to faceroll through mobs, take Talos Drellik, seriously the guy is a machine. I get through packs of standard mobs, packs with one or two strong, even with the elite (2+) quests (with use of WW of course) without really ever having to stop and heal because of this guy. He is far more powerful them Khem is on Belsavis I found. However once I reached equal level or higher with the NPC's in the zone I just used Ashara, assist casting shield on her and just mow through stuff. Except the elites, if I want to tank with her I have to split between 50/50 heal/dps. Get her some decent sabers and she's pretty awesome on DPS to. But yeah, otherwise use Drellik.
  14. Random question, where do you buy those dancer outfits anyway?
