  1. I was just being snarky. It is not necessary but not saying people would not use it. I hate saying no also. I used the anon a ton in EQ1 when I was a druid for obvious reasons if you played that game.
  2. Tell them no and you are busy. Another problem solved that BW does not need to worry about!
  3. Let's not be ridiculous. Only sounds creepy if you have some underlying creepiness inside you. You are asking for BW to play parent in your stead. No thank you. Is that less creepy for you?
  4. As I thought, a word was missing...but no, I would disagree with that. Monitor your own children but I should not be limited as an adult to whom I may send tells/whispers too.
  5. Do you have a typo in there or left something out? Since when can you not receive tells from people on your friends list or guild members? Also I cannot see a connection with how the ability to receive tells would stop children from being bothered by trolls.
  6. Stupid question maybe but do bosses in the story mode FP's enrage? Specifically asking about D7 but curious about the topic in general.
  7. Do the bosses enrage in the story mode also or just hard mode? Specifically in D7.
  8. The Hutt's have a serious case of galaxy gas.
  9. That is all I have played really. Merc, Sorc, Guard, and have a Op up to lvl 21 but always forget to use his stealth anyway. Do not even notice the difference really. I have gotten really good at threading the needle between groups of mobs as needed or taking the proper angle to blast by them on my speeder and use LoS for protection until agro breaks off. I think stealth is a crutch for some in an already overly easy game but to each their own.
  10. Not arguing with you and see your point, but just giving my opinion. I enjoy the questing, going to "dungeons" and exploring, experiencing different classes, etc. Quests that give lore and back stories. To me, Mini games are not needed if there is enough fringe content to get you motivated to do it. I remember going to places like Runny Eye, or Cazic Thule, Sol A or Sol B or any other distinct locale. They have flavor and unique rewards and special quests. This game has some of that but it just has not seemed to be able to create the atmosphere and "character" some of these other places had to make you want to go back and run them again, or just go to a different level of the place etc. There is no real specific rare loot. The orange loot system with the mods make it so you really do not NEED to spend the time hunting for the special light sabre at lvl 30 in the back water dungeon where that one mob spawns rarely. People used to do spawn checks or camp checks just for those reasons. Now I hated camping, but did not hate the hunting and the farming if the loot. This game has such cookie cutter gear everyone has the same gear if you have the top gear for your level, there is no variation or flavor. Personally I look at mini-games as fluff content to take up time when the real content just is not entertaining enough. Whenever I got to the point of participating in mini-game content, I pretty knew my play time in that particular game was coming to an end.
  11. Quality repeatable content is not mini-games. Mini games by definition in regards to MMO are just time killers with no worth anything. Mini-games never kept me coming back to EQ or EQ2 or WOW, it was quality repeatable content as you say, but that is not mini games.
  12. I can play mini games on my phone, tablet, facebook, or wherever...add in some more real content.
  13. The tool to stop it is in game...guild rank. Use it better next time.
  14. They have not hit my mom, beat my dog, nor stolen my money. I buy games they and any other game maker put out at my own risk. If I enjoy them, I keep playing, if I don't...I give them to a friend to try or trade them back in.. I have fun playing their games and suspect i will fun playing games they put out in the future. Never have I chosen a game, nor left a game on the shelf simply because the company who puts it out. So yes, if I see a game in the future I want to play...I will buy it whether it is put out by EA, or any other company.
