OR Option to unlearn schematics for a nominal ingame fee? Let's be honest, if it isn't modifiable or endgame stuff (and you're not a completionist), chances are you only learned it to level your crafting skill of choice. With rising skill levels, this list of schematics you'll never use again will only keep growing. So why not have the option to unlearn a schematic for 10% of its training fee in credits (amount is for example), including all blueprints RE'd from this specific schematic? Also, money sink.

Yeah, I sometimes experience something similar. I queue up, check /who's flying and see an open match. Ten minutes later, I check again and there'll be a different match open - with no pop for me in the meantime. If this happens a second time, I'll usually start ranting about queue pops in guild chat or TS and most times I will get my pop before the friendly rescue squad can assemble/form a group. I think something like this happens when there is an imbalance in the number of queued up players per faction on a server. Specifically when there are enough players to open at least one pub vs imp match, but not enough to put the leftovers in an imp vs imp or pub vs pub match.
