Has anyone been able to get this fixed?

I was contacted in game about my ticket on this issue and they said that they couldn't fix it and that a team will have to look at it. I am level 35 now and can't progress in my class questing, hopefully it will be fixed soon.

I'm stuck also, same problem, door is closed and can't see Pirrell. Level 32 now ; /
