Click on My Account -> Forum Subscriptions and change the settings to put threads you reply to into your subscribed folders.

Locking would keep guild members from joining their already established guilds which were placed on servers by Bioware. If you were looking to play with friends and Bioware kept you from doing it you wouldnt be happy.

I had mine at the bottom in beta so it can be done unless they changed it. Try grabbing the chat tab and dragging it.

Set the game to use raid frames when you are in a party. You will be included in the frames and you can re-size them and move them.

Buff Reminder - I never remember to buff. This could be addressed by having mods in the game.
