Well I purchased the TOR Razer keyboard and headphones and inquired if I could still get the black-green crystal.
"I purchased the Razer Old Republic Gaming Keyboard and would like to know if I can still get a code for the in-game green color crystal that was advertised as being included with the product. The serial number for my Old Republic Gaming Keyboard is <XXXXXXXXXX> and I have Synapse 2.0. I can provide screenshots of the serial number and Synapse software if needed. Thank you."
No go though. They just responded with this:
"Thank you for contacting Razer Support. In regard to your inquiry about the crystal code, we are very sorry to inform you that the Crystal code for star wars game has already expired due to the end of promotion period. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this issue as the Crystal code is only available during the promotion period only.

I don't remember them ever specifying exactly how long the promotional period was. I see a few of you here were still able to get them to honor it up until the beginning of 2014 so why can't I? Well those of you lucky enough to have the exact SE crystal that came with your Razer product shouldn't complain much, only you guys get to have 100% completion in your collections for Color Crystals and Promotional Items as long as you have all the other crystals too. I have the pre-order black-yellow crystal and even though the mod vendors have the more advanced version of the black-green crystal, they don't have the original SE one that came with your Razer products, and I think only that particular one satisfies the requirement in the Collections.
